Order, shipment, and application of the product was good. I am happy. It does everything I wanted. I highly recommend purchasing the 24 hour electrode adapter. It is far superior than the 2 probes; which in my opinion should be discontinued. My golden retriever doesn't even need the electric stimulation. After 48 hours, he learned when the collar vibrated he needed to heel immediately. I never saw him run so fast. The light on the collar is fantastic! I wish dogtra would offer the light and vibrator only without the electrical input. Additionally, with technical advments, there's no reason dogtra can't reduce the size of this collar. The electronics are ridiculously large.

A good coat for when it's cold outdoors. It fits my Doberman Pincher. It's a well made coat with good detail. I like it has reflective material too as I often walk my dog at night. Seller is very willing to work with you too!

Purchased this on the recommendation of my trainer. The web site was easy to navigate and order from and the price was comparable to Amazon and with purchases like this I would rather buy direct than through a 3rd party. Remote and receiver seem like good quality construction. I am new to e-collars and therefor cannot tell you too much but I have been able to use it with a little bit of training from a professional trainer. I do wish there was a design that made the use easier for both left and right handed operation. If the readout was on the top of the unit it might be better but I'm inexperienced so there may be a reason it's designed the way it is I am sure that other more seasoned professionals have contributed to the design of this.

Only thing I would change it the on/off button (make it different for the rest). It is on the opposite side of the correction buttons and is an identical type of button. When administering a correction without looking at the controller I have found I was actually pressing the on/off button and miss the opportunity to correct.

The second on I got is good. Very happy with it. The first one was dirty and used. The manual actually had food sticking the pages together. Called and advised customer service. They 'immediately' (after I called again.....) sent a replacement. Good product. I paid extra to get 2 day delivery on the first one. It is NOT possible apparently. As the second one also took longer her than 3 days in transit. Requested a refund of the delivery fee I paid. Never received it. Good collar. Problems in warehouse and customer service!!!!!

We had a little problem with the first one ordered. The company quickly replaced it. It is wonderful. My 70 lb 7 month-old Labrador Retriever thinks jumping on me and puppy biting is the best thing in the world. I am 70 and I'm not up to all of that. A no and a quick nick makes him remember he isn't supposed to do that. I think this product will help him grow into a wonderful dog. I highly recommend it. He looks really cute in the camo colors.

Wow, product works great on a stubborn pet. I like the fact it is easy to use and very effective on large dogs. I try not to use it for obvious reason, but when necessary it gets their attention. The only possible complaint I have is that the battery life goes pretty quick on the collar. I am starting to pay attention to it to make sure that it is an issue before I call support. When I was researching I was chatting online with a sales rep and they were great. They happily helped me with all my questions, and then I came back an hour later and made the purchase. Overall, you can't go wrong with this product.

I got a two used RR Delux receivers, and neither battery would hold a charge more than 8 hours. I looked online and in town for replacement batteries but couldn't beat Dogtra on price and delivery. both batteries charged right up and these ones hold the charge quite well. Love their products.

The old collar was the same Dogtra model. My dog went off the diving dog at the new dog park nose-first and went straight to the bottom which I think was too much for the collar. The only suggestion I'd make is to prominently display instructions for activating a replacement collar - a simple call to Customer Service did the trick but not until after I'd spent a sleepless night wondering if I had to return it and replace it with a new collar AND controller. Bottom line, however, is that this is the perfect collar for the use to which it is put.

The 282C is a good collar. The box did say limited lifetime warranty, but it doesn't have one. It is a 2 year warranty. Dogtra should take that off the box. Other than that Dogtra is the only remote collar we use for our dog training business. DogtraUSA had good prices and service too.

I have been using my 2500 dual dog collar for over 5 yrs with absolutely no problems, we use the collar every day. When the battery died, ordered a new one from the dogtra website, it came in a couple of days and was very easy to replace!

We live in the country and walk in the fields with our old border collie and a pup, who is now a year old. Until we had our Dogtra collar, it was almost impossible to go on walks or work outside with the dogs. With the collar on, the pup responds to our calls, but most of all, he now senses where we are and stays within an appropriate distance. Even when crows, killdeer, coyotes or farm trucks pose as prey, he will recall! Thank you!!
