Only used for one shift but the quality appears to be there and it is comfortable to wear. Pricier than I'd like even with the discount but for American made hopefully this quality will show years from now. Size is also perfect( I'm 5'9). Only downside is compared to my leather the lapel mic clip is harder to remove when I need to clip to my turnout coat.
