I have been ordering from the famous steak and burger online place from the Midwest. You know them. I love their meat. Dont get me wrong. I started this meat diet. Everyone talked about grass finished and fed beef in my forums. Never tried it. Then these guys popped up in my social media. They had a coupon. I said what the heck. Let me try it. I didn't think I would notice a difference. Because I eating good quality meat. I needed a meal quick. I opened up the 1/3 hamburger patty package. Fried me up some quick burgers. I could not believe the taste. This beef is fantastic. I seriously didn't think it would be a difference. But OMG. Big difference. Then i sat down and did the math. Compared the price with the Midwest place. They were practically thw same. But this beef was so much tastier. So I switched and bought a subscription. Im all in. Love it. short ribs

I braised the short ribs on sunday. They were delicous. I would prefer them to be a one bone square vs a 2 bone rectagle. The square is so much easier to brown. Also, your burgers have too big of a circumference for a 1/3lb. Its not enough meat to carry a bun of the same size. (kaiser bun) They are way to big for your standard american style bun and hang over the edge. Small circumference 1/3 lbers and large circumference 1/2 lbers.

Delivered Then Devoured

We love grilling sausage and cutting it up into bite size pieces and putting it out as an appetizer with various mustards and dips to choose from. The day our Heartstone Farm order landed, we put these sausage on the evenings menu and they were gone in a flash! So good with a great balance of heat and rich flavors. Going to double the order next time!

Great Flat Iron Steak

We thawed it, marinated it for a brief period and then grilled it at 600 degrees for 2 minutes a side to a temp of 130 degrees. Rested it for a few minutes, sliced it thin, and then served with rice and broccoli. Tender and great taste...will order it again.

We're big fans of Heartstone Farm, so when Easter rolled around this year we knew we had to buy the ham from Farmer Dan and friends. The quality, flavor, packaging, and even customer service tied to our order was outstanding. Everyone around the table was shocked at how delicious the ham tasted, after some were initially unsure as to why the ham wasn't that brilliant, nitrate-enhanced pink hue that you get from grocery store junk meat. This was a nice surprise

I have to say that the shipping was fantastic: everything showed up in a timely manner, packed well, and frozen. I only ever ordered chicken and beef. The chicken was great. The beef that was edible was tasty, but the cuts were horrible. I ended up with at least a third of every steak left on the plate because it was inedible gristle or silver-skin. Grass-fed is great, but this stuff was too expensive for cuts like that. If better cuts were available and I could customize my order rather than being on a cycle of railroaded cut options, I might have kept going.

Couldn't be happier

I’ve been looking for healthy chicken for a while now and came across Heartstone on the web. I ordered a pretty massive box of chicken and am so pumped about the order. The website will tell you about their sustainable and healthy chicken raising processes which has me sold, but on top of that, I’ve eaten the chicken breast and tenders so far and the flavor is incredible. The packaging was also well done with sustainable materials and it arrived within a week of my order. As someone who loves solo, I also appreciated the packages are in the one pound range so I don’t have to thaw too much meat at any given time and potentially waste what I can’t eat. I will definitely be buying my chicken from Heartstone from here on out.

Awesome Turkey Sampler

I purchased the turkey sampler and have been extremely satisfied with all of it. The turkey breast tenderloins are very tender and tasty. The ground turkey, both the ground breast and the ground dark meat cook us so nicely and have great flavor. The turkey sausage is so good. I love that there is minimal seasoning, yet it is very tasty. You do not need to add anything to it. It’s perfect just the way it is. I will definitely be purchasing again. This is high quality, moist, tasty meat. Not at all rubbery or bland.
