Thank you for your prompt response to my order. I am pleased with the flag but surprised that there is a back and a front side to the flag. In order to hang the flag with the stars to the left, the stitching on the the stripes is very noticeable.Otherwise I was happy to support the veterans!

The chrome on the plastic at the top comes off easily. The clips to hold the flag were not the same type, or even the same length. I bought new clips that work much better. I wonder if this was made in USA, or just assembled from inexpensive parts from China.

The flag looks great and it was easy to install. LED solar lights are a nice addition. Compared to my previous flag pole there is a little wobble to it, but I was told this was on purpose to accommodate the wind. Overall, very pleased!

If I'm being honest, I am somewhat disappointed in the Armed Forces Flag, as it is very "dim" or light in the colors of each military emblem. It looks faded, and it's brand new. :( Was hoping for more vibrant colors and a better representation of our Armed Forces. Sorry...

Easy to spend money here. The owners message hit very close to home with me. To be honest, even if they didn’t offer a military discount I would have still supported this company and their mission.

I did not actually open the box the flag came in, the pastor did, so I never saw the flag, but I was very impressed with the customer service. One of the men had me order some piece of hardware for the flagpole that the company he had ordered from said they didn't have, and then the next day they told him, "No, we have that, we don't have (another piece of hardware)". So, I had already been asked to order it from here before the other company said they did have it, and I was asked to see if I could get a refund. This was THE NEXT DAY, mind you, and I'm sure my order was already ready to go. Philip cancelled it and immediately issued a refund when he got my voice mail, and notified me that he had done so. So, after looking his web site over and seeing that the flags are 100% made in the USA and that they support veterans, and since flags wear out pretty regularly around here anyway, I immediately went and ordered one from Grand New Flag. It came in a timely manner, and since the other flag was already torn in a couple of places (after only 6 months), they went ahead and put up the new one. What I like about this company is that you deal directly with the owner, the flags are 100% American made, and the company helps veterans with their profits...oh, and the name is very catchy, very easy to remember! Now, if GNF would just add the Christian flag to its offerings, I would order our flags exclusively from here from now on! Thanks, Philip!

I am disappointed that, in spite of the bushings, the flag tangles every day! I was also hoping the top would be metal, not chromed plastic. The flag itself is great - nice size, well made and vivid colors. The tangling is frustrating, though.

The flags I purchased appear to be of good quality material and craftsmanship. No loose stitching and the gromets are firmly attached. After looking around, I am happy to have been able to find this size of Marine Corps flag. It looks more appropriate than having both flags the same size. I will be ordering these flags again.

Too notch quality

It’s great to have a USA made light! Every other one we liked were all made in China. I do wish it was brighter so if you get extra bright one, let me know, and I’ll buy it.

Wonderful flag, great quality, lanyards and snap covers worked perfectly!

The flag is very high quality and looks great on our house. The black cast aluminum bracket is also high quality but we have some trouble getting the pole to fit in easily. We bought black set screws to replace those that came with the bracket. The pole is in two pieces which makes for easy shipping but it often comes apart when we take the flag down. Overall we are very pleased with the flag and bracket. Happy to have an American made product.

Installed it and did not do anything i was able to still lift pole out if the ground. I then purchased next size and tried that one and no affect.

The double sided POW MIA flag arrived within days of ordering and is attached on the pole under the US flag. It is very well made and I am well pleased with it. I bought from Grand New Flag because the flag is US made, and I also want to support family business.
