I had earlier this year purchased the Veterans Flag Case. Loved that it was made in USA and the quality of workmanship was wonderful. Recently added the name plate and was not disappointed. Same quality. The case is not with me, so not able to send in a photo. Glad that after checking out many companies that I found Grand New Flag.

I think the cost is ok. It was easy to verify it was made in USA and I didnt want a kit, just the pole. The "add bracket" was ok but Im using a Brave browser so it was doing "weird" things, flickering, so you might want to check your site using Brave

Nice material and hangs perfect. No wrapping around the pole

Seems to be working well and disappears into the white siding. As it is in a windy and weathered location, I purchased longer and stainless steel screws.

So far, so good! Meets my expectations. The test for me is longevity, which is yet to be determined, due to the short time I have had the flag.

The flag mounting bracket appears to be solid and well made. The only concern I have is that I'm mounting it to a stucco wall and it is very hard to find studs behind the Styrofoam sheathing behind the stucco. I'm hoping I was able to mount it solid enough. I think a four hole attachment, i.e. rectangular and not triangular, might have worked better. But it's been up a couple of weeks and with some fairly high winds and it is still attached. I love the look of it.

Great price and MADE IN USA

This flag pole set arrived on time, packed well and free from damage. The instructions included were good and in particular, the pole and adjustable cast aluminum bracket are of high quality. The hooks that attach the flag to the pole are plastic and the finial appears to be silver painted plastic. Initially the flag was getting itself wrapped up in the wind, but I moved the bushing up (the one that tightens with an allen wrench) about an inch towards the top of the flag poll and that solved that problem. Best part is that every part is made in the USA!

Generally well made and nice looking, but not totally foolproof. If the breeze hits in just the right way, the rings will not rotate fully, and the flag will still wind around the pole

This is a great product from a great source. They got the finer points of customer service right!

Pretty nice. However, two suggestions for improvement: (1) Surprisingly, the blue field on which the stars are embroidered looks rather washed out in the sunlight. Not sure if this is just thinly woven polyester or a dye issue; and (2) The flag is delivered on a tightly packed box and, when unpacked and unfolded, has noticeable creases that remain visible regardless of unfurling in the wind. Is there a recommended way to remove those creases without damaging the 95% poly fabric (e.g., place in dryer on medium heat, iron or steam on medium heat, etc.)? Thanks, EA

We like everything about the flag, and noticed that soon after putting ours up (it's large and not hidden) many neighbors started putting up flags! It has held up to the weather beautifully, although we take it down on bad days.
