Not sure if my expectations are too high but sadly I have yet to find any flags from any vendors that last even a year. Seems about 6-8 months in they are shredded from the wind.

You get a two because I just don’t want to give a one. 20 mph wind gusts and poof flag went flying. I questioned it in my head and the white nylon ones worked up to 40+ for 12 years. Oh well no problem have solid stainless on the way. I’m unable to put picture in here from my iPad. Thank you

Easy to order online.

The flag I purchased is well-made and looks great on my flagpole. I now just hope it’ll withstand the hot Texas sun and strong winds which is why I have to keep replacing my flags. Others have torn as well so not as durable as they were described. Hoping for the best.

The flagpole is exactly what I've been looking for. I did glue the two pieces together and it works fine. I had one incident of the flag partially hanging so I adjusted the ring by about ¼ inch and it appears to work fine now.

I inspected the polyester flag for quality and it appears to be first rate. I have not flown the flag yet as I am currently flying the nylon flag. I want to see how it handles the Wyoming weather.

I did not expect to get a handwritten note and business card from you. It made my day. The flag is constructed as advertised and came on time. It holds an ironing well. The grommets are perfect for attaching my flag to my old staff. I am part way through making a bag to protect it during transport.

Great quality and service!

I like having a black pole and mount along with a shiny ball at the end. The mount is very sturdy and the overall assembly is a snap. However, the collar that is used should be made out of aluminum or similar rather than plastic as it is not strong enough….note the break in the picture. If you don’t tighten the set screw enough, then the collar gets hammered to death by the slider, so you tighten it some more to hold it in place and then “snap” the collar breaks. I have simply attached a hose clamp above it to keep it in place afterwards. Also, I feel the top tube should be about 6 inches longer to accommodate stretching the flag to tighten it against the pole more, otherwise the collar can actually go beyond the current length of the pole. Therefore, improvements could be made.

The flag and other products to hang the flag are super nice. The person on the phone was really helpful answering questions.
