I’ve purchased three wigs from Godiva’s Secret as I attempted to find my first wig for this aging, thinning head. Unfortunately I had to return them all because they have so much hair on them that they immediately look phony. I’ve always had thin hair. But the products are quality, the fit is easy once you know your size, and the service, including returns, is simple and swift. I wish they made thinner models for those of us who NEVER had thick hair.

Fake plastic looking hair. Packaged it back up 5 minutes later. They charged me $17 to return it and a refund email that just said "Your order has been refunded"... No apology, no thank you for shopping with them... VERY impersonal...

I purchased a hair topper in Maple Sugar R and the color is beautiful but was a little dark for me. I kept it and may go darker later. I just received the Creamy Toffee R and the color is perfect. What I like most about both toppers is the quality and realistic look with so many colors blended. Shipping was fast and I am very satisfied.

The color and texture of the medium top in Maccachino is good. I'm still playing with it, trying to get it to look right on my very thin hair. Overall, very nice, but I haven't worn it anywhere yet.

The topper I waited and debated about purchasing was so disgusting. It was lIke a rat's nest on top with bangs SO long I had to chop & chop just to see how it looked. NO matter how many different ways I tried it merely looked like a clump of scalp with long pieces of hair. So disappointed. I threw it away and am cured of ever wanting to try your product again. I have unsubscribed and will do so on your emails too. You should be ashamed of taking advantage of these poor people out there just trying to retain some dignity when going thru hair loss.

Customer service was awesome! My emailed questions, before purchasing, were answered thoroughly and promptly. The only reason I didn't give a fifth star is this: Godiva's "Secret" wigs are now not so secret. I was away the weekend my order arrived, and my neighbor picked up the mail. There's no telling how many people a teenager will share my 'secret' with. I wish I'd had the forethought to be sure the company name NOT be stated on the package - but I assumed it would be handled as confidential. The wig is great! A little too long but I am going to have it cut an inch or two. Fits well. Beautiful. Color. I have several wigs now from Godiva and love them all differently.

Very pleased with each purchase I make from Godiva’s Secret Wigs. Excellent products and great service! Each order I place is delivered very quickly. Have been a loyal customer since 2018.

Medium top is good, however, the clips are different than the ones that are shown on the video demo. Clips I received are with a small combs but the clips showed on video are better & larger clips. Where can I buy the larger clips which seem to hold thew if top more secure.

Brilliant! I purchased a mono top med but the colour didn't match my own hair so after sending it back for a store credit, I then purchased the long top in White which matched perfectly to my own top. I had to get a long top because the med doesn't come in White and I love it! The staff were great - so helpful and answered all my questions without delay. Will not hesitate to buy another one! This is the 4th hairpiece I own. Not happy with the long topper I just received. The clips are in a different place in the front. Much closer then the others I own. Fits horrible. The hair in the crow line is horrible. I will be sending it back and will be looking at different companies. In the past I have been happy with Godiva hairpieces and have turned many of my friends and family who have ordered. Really hope the owner reads and will see there is a BIG problem with new inventory Thanks

Fast delivery - love your YouTube videos - has to return the topper for color but waiting for a sample of frosted taupe and/or a topper in silver mink. Return was easy and simple.

The color (silverstone) is absolutely a perfect match for my hair and it feels like my hair.. The only problem is the top is a little too full. I'm going to continue to try to wear it and style it to fit my liking. Maybe I'm just stuck in a rut with my old style. I'm 77 and pretty stuck but I do like the hairpiece!!

This is the second Mono Wavy Top Mocaccino R I purchase from Godiva's. Lower quality than the first one - fine fibers and CAP, big cold crimping at the black. Is It because It was on sale? May be!

I'm new to wigs and hairpieces. However, I recently purchased a scrunchie, so I could keep the hair off my neck in the hot weather, and I like it. It looks very natural. I also purchased a wig on final sale/ clearance to practice wearing in cooler weather. I have several of your wigs & pieces, and love them all! But the one I reach for the most is the medium topper in Silverstone. I don't want to overdo wearing it, so I knew it was time to order a 2nd topper. As usual, great customer service, and prompt shipping. My new topper has only one little boo boo-- out of the 4 clips, 3 are normal & open/close easily, but one clip doesn't. It "sticks" and doesn't want to cooperate the way the other clips do.. but the hair is light and cool, & a good color match for my gray.

Very pleased with service and product. This topper is just exactly like I hoped it would be. I only need to have the bangs trimmed up as they are too long and I also will need to order a couple of the clips as I have a receding hairline and there is not much hair there to attach the topper to.

I am a first time wig buyer. I have watched Rochelle the mother do all kinds of video on different styles of wigs. I took the plunge and ordered a Freedom w/ Roots Irish Spice. I have red hair and it was so hard to make a color selection. I was so excited when I got it in the mail. The color was PEFECT. BUT THERE WAS A PROBLEM. When I tried to put it on IT DID NOT FIT. I re watched the video on how to put the wig on. After multiple attempts, I gave up. I went on the site to return the wig. It was only then that I realized looking at the ticket that the wig was ULTRA PETITE. and It was a FINAL SALE. This thing is so tiny. DISAPPOINTMENT IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT. There was no chart to guide me in the size selection. I still don't know what size I would need. I'm sad. I am a retiring nurse and I wanted to become a representative and work with my cancer patients and getting them the right wig. Hope I can find some one with a SMALL head to give it to.

Love this Christi wig. Can smooth to look like a short Bob or fluff up to look like flirty shag. Almond rica is rich brown softened with high lights. My fourth wig purchased from Godiva. This was a gift for my friend that is very Sick. Cannot say how we giggled as she put it on. She has so many visitors and does not alway Have the ability or will to manage her hair. Not that looks are important but they sure lift your spirits and make you smile.

I was surprised how well my Spring Honey. Medium Top was well made and how comfortable it is. and it feels amazing!

The color was a perfect match. The Long Mono Topper is so light I forget I am wearing it. I gave it 4 stars because of the placement of the combs is difficult for me to feel secure with my baby fine, thin hair. I need to add a couple of clips to the sides.

I love Godiva's Secret Wigs !!! I have several now and no one guesses that I am wearing a wig unless they just happen to know that chemo has left me bald! When my own hair does grow back, I plan to keep it very short and continue to wear the lovely wigs. They are beautiful, require almost no care and I can be showered and ready to go somewhere in 10 minutes! LOVE MY WIGS !!

I absolutely love my topper!!! I was so nervous it wouldn't match the color and texture of my hair but it's perfect! The company was so helpful and patient with all of my questions. Great experience that I think I'll repeat!

I only ordered a couple of shade samples. They cam fast. One would have worked but, the hair is super shiny and didn’t look close to real hair. I was wanting some bangs but, it wouldn’t have blended with my real hair at all. If they could make them in a more matte finish…would have probably worked:(.

I recently purchased a Freedom champagne with roots , that had been discontinued and, a final sale. I took a chance, knowing I could not return it, and ordered it. First of all, you can't go wrong when it is a Godiva Secret wig and it was a petite. My other wigs are average size and actually, to big for me but, I can adjust them. This Freedom wig was perfect!! It is so close to my natural color and the roots give it a great look....not so blah! I am soooo happy! Great wig!!!

Always great!!! Never a bad word to say about Godiva Secret wigs,I have about 12-15 now and my favorite I wear the most is my 1st on Sabrina,then Tiffany the Trixie. I have some longer one and lace front Diana is so wonderful. it really does look like yoour own hair and no trimming of lace or glue needed. I wear a wig wrap always but with Godiva label out over left ear,it hold wig on so much better. Love you all for making me feel wonderful about myself again.

I had a great shopping experience with Godiva. The Liberty I sent back, I didn’t like the way it lifted up on my forehead. I exchanged it for a chocolate swirl, Freedom. I love the style, but am so disappointed with the swirl highlights. At the forehead it is like matted straw, also some matting at the crown. I’m short, so people can see that right away. I am desperate for hair right now, so I have to keep it. I may try another freedom without the swirl.

The wig fits well. However, I am returning it because the blond part of the wig is very brassy.

My hair is thinning at the front hairline to a point where I am self conscious. I was uncertain about wearing a wig, so I made the decision to purchase a long top piece for the time being. I purchased the long topper in Silverstone. I viewed video of how to cut bangs in the top piece and took my time snipping those bangs! Those videos are so very helpful with tips and suggestions. I like the top piece because I can twist the hair up in the back, exposing my own hair, which makes the effect more natural. I used some dry shampoo to reduce the shine, although the topper wasn’t overly shiny. It’s just that my hair is more of a matte gray. I am pleased with the product in every way. Though I ordered a Large in the Cristi, it is tight on my head and does not look like it did online. There are no clamps to snap it in place either. My head measures 23 inches. I have been fairly pleased with the wigs I've ordered in the past. The ponytail I ordered some time ago is nowhere near as full and as long as the ones I saw online when I placed the order.

Just received my third wig. Dark blond Sheila, was in the sale which was nicely affordable since I live in the Netherlands and the tax and delivery charges increase the price quite a bit. Absolutely perfect fit. My husbands favorite so far. I had to change my make up a bit. The other 2 Tyra and Carly are silver stone, which is more like my own color. I love your wigs so will be looking for award to some more sale items.
