We love our educator collars that our trainer, StreamlineK9, used to train our fur babies! And then we found out we could color code the girls, Aggie and Kylie, that just made them even better!! They are awesome training tools and the color coding makes it even quicker for these senior dog parents to outfit their girls. 😂💖💖

No go. Sometimes the pups feel the collars, other times not. Sometimes feels it at 14, other times not until you jack it to 70+, which is way to high and hurts em. Collar is tight, can fit 2 fingers between collar and pup, bought the contact points that were recommended for hair type. Collars slip around, even though the 2 finger between is tight. No better then the cheap collars and would really like to send it back for a refund since it doesn't help.

I have had 3 of the 900ez collars for 5 years. These are the best training collars out there. The quality is phenomenal, plus after 2 year warranty is over, replacement parts are readily available if needed. Someone stole my remote believing it was something else. I replaced the remote without having to spend money on a complete new system. I have replaced the batteries and they continue to work perfectly. Love the bungee collars for long wear comfort plus like the fact you can purchase different color collars, makes knowing which color set fits which dog without burning my brain cells. Quality of collars can’t be beat! Plus! customer service personnel are extremely patient. I had many questions to get my purchase customized to my needs. Thank You!

Had to buy a new straps since the dogs destroyed the one for the ET-300 mini. The new one I bought is a lot longer so it fits easy on the neck of our shepsky. He is 35 weeks old but his neck is enormous. The customer service it's very good they helped me a lot when my package was missing and when the track&trace wasn't working. Even when it's not in their hands anymore they helped me!! I live in Netherlands so the package went missing since customer clearance. I'm happy to train again with border collie and shepsky!

Received Order but NOT Evideo

The customer service may be the worst I've ever experienced. I am trying to return a product for refund because it does not work. Every process with this firm is handled via an automated bot, which does not properly address returns. 1) It directed me to the manufacturer when i simply wanted a product return and refund. That has nothing to do with the manf. 2) there is no way to get to a live person to address #1. A real business has someone live you can solve problems with - this is not a real business. Their bot directs you to a customer service center which doe not have a visible or clear pathway for returns. The alternative process is an extensive chat process which then directs you to the customer service center which has the problem i mentioned. All of these processes are disrespectful time wasting activities pushed onto the customers.

E Collar has tamed one strong spirited australian shepard. W/o it "Domino" would be an inside dog as no fence, canal, war zone, force field, tornado or other act of god can get him to stay where he belongs. His most recent event was a full blown heist with his sheepadoodle sister robbing a Fed Ex truck of Chewy.

After conducting extensive research on e-collars, I purchased the Educator ET-300 Mini bundle. After watching countless hours of video tutorials and reading several e-collar training books, there was zero doubt in my mind that the ET-300 was the product me. I would personally like to thank Byron for assisting me with my purchase. Byron is a consummate professional with tremendous product knowledge. The exceedingly high degree of customer focus that Byron exhibited was exceptional. He skillfully addressed all of my questions and concerns. Byron brings significant contribution and value to Educator and, to those fortunate enough to interact with him on the subject of e-collar training.

I have an Educator 400 series, which was recommended by a dog trainer friend. I have two White Swiss Shepherd dogs and I am sure that many of you with two dogs know, trying to get them to pay attention to you is a challenge especially in difficult situations. We live in the Scottish Borders and our walks are mainly in the surrounding countryside. We have a lot of sheep and sometimes these are free roaming. We also have deer, squirrels, hares and rabbits. So the challenge is to essentially control the dogs prey drive. Using a distance control collar makes this easy. I started off with squirrels and the dogs very quickly learned not to chase them. They now check in with me with a look and just leave them alone. I then moved on to sheep, with the blessing of my local farmers. We had a couple of episodes of chasing, which were halted by the collar, on a level high enough to stop the chase immediately and see an immediate return to me. Basically this was end of story. I now walk regularly through sheep, in the absolute certainty that the dogs will not chase the sheep. I have done the same thing with deer and hares, but don't tend to see these so often, so I can't be absolutely certain that they won't show interest, but I am certain that I can control this quickly and easily. My young dog is also quite nervous and is reactive with other dogs, Again I can now control this well with taps on the collar and low level: this just ensures that she pays attention to me and not the other dog. Recalls and heels are made a breeze with the collar and it is possible to walk along with both dogs at a very acceptable heel without any other lead. I wouldn't do this in a town or other more dangerous situation but this is really only for other people's peace of mind. The Educator has given us a totally stress free life with the dogs, because I know that I can control any undesirable behaviour at a distance. This makes me relaxed and hence my dogs are relaxed.

Nice device for close range/smaller dog park training. Nice customer service. Got a second dog after some time of being a single dog household and was pleasantly reminded that the unit was expandable to 2 dogs. Sweet. So we purchased the 2nd receiver and collar and violá. Tips: purchase a collar that is not the same as the black original. That way, you can match the black button to the black collar, and the red button to the second collar. Also, for the not-so-tech-inclined, watch a random YouTube video or two on how to pair the second collar and you will be good to go.

This remote works awesome. Such a large scale of power to use, allowing me to really leverage the appropriate setting on my dog. Don't let the word mini scare you like it did for me. I use this for my Great Dane and the settings are very, very low to be effective and humane. Also, over the last 3 years I have had wear and tear on my device. The customer support is the best I have ever experienced hands down. Easy to understand, willing to help, and timely replies. You really can't go wrong with them

Life changing!!!! Absolutely the best training device I have ever been around! I have trained my dog and 3 of my friends dogs once I have pushed them to make the purchase! My Doberman loves when I pick up the collar to go outside off leash now! My friends German Shepherd and 2 Huskies love it as well! Must have for every dog owner! Only negative I have is the wall charger I have broken 2 and need to purchase other. In all a purchase I would recommend for EVERYONE!

Purchased a Mini 300 for our new 9 month old pup to work on off leash training (using both a trainer and online guides, gotta do it right for it to work!). Love this collar so much, started using it with our older dog. Decided to get a 2nd collar, and sent a message asking about details about combining collars vs getting a 2nd set and all the technical details behind how they can work with 1 or 2 remotes. Got a response the same day with in depth answers to my questions! even fast responses to my follow up questions! Online right now to get a 2nd one for our older dog, that is well trained, but these work so great, it makes her incredibly consistent with recall while we're out hiking in the woods!

I am giving 5 stars based on customer service the collar I chose doesn’t work for my specific needs and even though I have been hit with a dying family member and a hurricane in the past month they were still friendly and helped me adhere to their return/exchange policy. They didn’t even make me explain why I called a week late, this is by far the best customer service you will receive for a product. Choose a product from them that works for you and their support team will be able to make it work for you.

The mini educator is a phenomenal tool for helping me get my dogs to "off leash" status. I have one for both my dogs and they work great. Customer service is next to none. Emailed one question in the evening and had an answer within an hour. Definitely a company to business with!

This product really works and I have tried many to get my dog to stop barking. I am going to work with him on all of the other commands as well. Customer service is exceptional. I had trouble placing my order and they were closed for the day but someone sent me an email to let me know there was a server issue and then they let me know when it was fixed so I could place my order. I use the collar extensively when I allow my dog off leash. I have only had to zap him a few times and he now knows his job is to return to my side if he is roaming. I honestly don’t even have to carry the remote. He just knows when the collar goes on, he needs to come back when called. The collar has never been turned up past 30 and it works everytime. My boy, is an 85 pound Airedale and there is enough of a sensation for him to respond between 20 and 30.

I don't use e-collars during training, but every now and then you run across a dog that doesn't respond well to standard training techniques. I rescue, foster, and own Belgian Malinois, which are very intelligent and persistent. When you get one that has a very strong pray drive, he or she will often be so focused on something that verbal commands go unnoticed. This collar offers a wide range of options that can be used before stimulation is necessary. I have found that both the sound and vibrator functions are quite effective at breaking the dog’s contrition, allowing them to refocus on the training. My only complaint is that I wish the manual would have been better written, as it tends to leave the owner on their own to figure out many things about its operation.

I have used the Educator Collars with all 3 of my dogs the product is excellent and the customer service is great. I had one of my collars die while on vacation I called and spoke to the customer service rep. he helped me trouble shoot and finally decided the item was dead. They shipped me out a new one immediately.

I purchased a Zen 300 and have been very happy with the product. I am considering to get additional reciever for my other dog but didn't know what would be the best option. I have used e collars to stop dogs worrying sheep. ( Not my dogs.) However I recently took on a rescue English Pointer X from Spain. She has a VERY high prey drive. Broke through my dog rack and out through the open car window. Took 36 hours to catch her. I bought the educator and trained her to know what it is. Different dog. She can now go off leash in a vast area, comes to call without using the collar majority of the time. Today, for the first time she walked off leash by me, back to the car. Minimum use of the collar on a low setting. (4) Very impressed with the ease of use, well worth the money.

LOVE my Educator. I previously used another brand. I have the Easy Educator, it's less bulky and more options for training. Love the bungee collar--much easier for me to put on and off! I bought my first Educator off Amazon (NOT recommended--please buy straight from Educator site), and when I had trouble with it, customer service from Educator Collars helped me right away and had a new collar in the mail right away!

We recently purchased the Ez 900 for our 6 month old border collie and 7 month old dutch shepherd. Both are highly active and highly distractable pups and we want to be able to have solid off leash reliability with them. After just one session using verbal cue and tone only and following the training suggestion in one of the training videos (separate from the collar) our border collie is already at a 75-80% recall! Our dutchie is at about 60% but still needs leash guidance occasionally as even in a low distraction environment he still finds a distraction 😄. We will continue following the 101 and 201 training series with the collars as we know it is already making a huge difference in our pups!

I received our E collar super fast after ordering and have been obsessed with it ever since. I’ve seen amazing improvements with my dog’s recall with the help of my dog trainer (I recommend working with a professional if you’re not 100% sure how to properly use the collar). We also ordered a bungee strap that ended up getting lost but luckily we received a refund from Educator Collars. Definitely recommend!

Our dog trainer used an ecollar and sent it home with us. We use it daily and put it to rugged use - lots of swimming and rolling around in god knows what. It charges faithfully every night and is ready to start a new day faithfully and flawlessly.

I have used Educator collars for three dogs. The first, a Dalmatian rescue who had been in a crate for 14 hours a day prior to adoption, simply could not be trained to return. She would escape and we would chase her, sometimes for miles. Can you blame her? I heard about the Educator e-collar and had her trained by an excellent trainer who trains dogs for the state police in my state. This level of a trainer is not necessarily needed, however. In any case, that was five years ago. She is extremely well behaved, all I have to do is show her that I have the remote in my hand…….fantastic product and online support.

The team at Educator Collars really care about their customers' needs. I also have total faith in the endurance of their product. I once left a transmitter in a field. It was 4 days before I could return to find it and those 4 days were filled with torrential rain storms. When I picked up the device, it was still charged and ready to go.

The model i current have is the 302 but my training needs have changed. Byron was amazing and i will be going with the 800 model. Easy to use and small size

I'm very impressed with the customer service!! Byron the Product Specialist was so incredibly helpful in helping me pick out a size appropriate ecollar for my 6 pound Chihuahua. Ended up picking out the vibrate only collar as its receiver is smaller. He even swapped out the bulkier regular collar for a 3/4 Nylon one. I'm thrilled to get the product. Very impressed!

I have had ecollar for almost 2 years now. Started with the mini and was upgraded to the pro. I kind of like the mini better. There are lots of features I love on this. It does what it says it will do. My complaints are as follows: 1.)You can't really use the light function; it is not easy to do on the fly. I liked the ease of turning on the light with my mini educator, which I liked better than this model overall. 2.)It has randomly reprogrammed itself twice now. one of the times this happened after charging; I noticed that two buttons were not working... turns out it had put itself onto 2 dog mode and those buttons were for (nonexistent) dog 2. 3.)It does not float. We swim a lot. I keep it around my neck but I worry about losing it. 4.) There is no version for left handed people. The good: I hear that it is better than other brands. The customer service can't be beat. When my mini educator stopped working correctly, they replaced it and upgraded me to this model. They also replaced my collar and receiver when the receiver battery went out. First, they sent me the wrong battery, but instead of just sending me the correct battery, they sent me a new collar receiver; even better. They are always friendly and helpful if you have an issue. It seems to be a good company. I am happy with my purchase and overall happy with the product despite the couple of hiccups.
