i think the quality of ring is awesome. I fell in love with the finishing and packaging. Customer service made sure they tracked the delivery of my item until it got to me safely even though i missed it when it initially got to my address. I am looking forward to how the ring will age with time.

I bought the 0.50 carat (ctw) 10K White Gold Round Cut White Diamond Ladies Circle Shape Stud Earrings to coordinate with a necklace received a few years ago, and I'm very pleased with the purchase. Disappointed with service I received no notice for delay in delivery when we called we were told it was lost or stolen before it was shipped an upgrade was made on new order however free earrings never showed up

My ring is quite gorgeous and the quality is amazing. Normally, this would receive 5 stars, but due to the aggravation inflicted upon me, I will have to give 3 stars as a result of my overall experience with this company. My dealings with the company's shipping department/customer service were less than stellar and most frustrating. In fact, this transaction ended up costing me money in significant loss of time from my job. As it takes several weeks for a ring to ship due to it having to be created, customers must be prepared for a bit of a wait. I was finally notified that my ring had shipped and a delivery date was provided. Being an expensive item, of course, this item required a signature. Thus, I took the day off of work in order to receive my delivery...which never came. I contacted Dazzling Rock and was told that it would be there the next day. Another lost day from work...and another "no show". Day 3 (three days lost from work), it finally showed up. This is unacceptable. Dazzling Rock's excuse was that the USPS is undependable. So why do they use USPS for high-end items? The company's suggestion that I miss the delivery and go pick it up at the post office would have inconvenienced me even more -- as my post office is a nightmare to maneuver. Again, the product is great...but the delivery process and what it ended up costing ME (they did refund me a whopping $10 as compensation which didn't even begin to cover my losses) soured me on this company. I can only guess that I'm not the only customer who has had this experience and was inconvenienced while doing business with Dazzling Rock. I would not re-visit shopping at Dazzling Rock.

I was very pleased with the quality of the engagement and wedding ring purchased. DR helped us out greatly by upgrading our delivery to "next day" (for free) in order to ensure the rings would make it in time for the big day. So grateful!

I love this ring. I bought it for myself as a three stone anniversary ring to wear on my right hand. My engagement ring is a pear shape aquamarine which is my birthstone. After looking and debating about buying a diamond three stone ring I felt like this was a much prettier ring, a better value, and you know exactly what you are getting unlike with diamonds who knows!

I am so very pleased with my purchase. I ordered a ring in yellow gold but then I wanted to change a few things about the ring. I wanted to change the prongs to white gold and then I ended up redoing the whole ring. I ended up with a bigger moissanite 1kt and with white gold with 6 prongs around the center stone. I didn't realize that the shipping date was scheduled for AFTER February 14th, but when I called and spoke to Ralph, he worked with me to get expedited shipping at a low cost. Then, when there was a mix-up with shipping, he arranged overnight delivery AND upgraded my order from 10kt to 14kt gold, at no extra charge! The pendant arrived in time for the "big day", and I was so pleasantly surprised to find a company willing to work hard to make things right! Highly recommended!

I was so upset that I would never have my original wedding band and engagement ring, but dazzling Rock did such a good job recreating it, I couldn't believe it! Was double charged and when I called to inquire was adamant that it was impossible that I was charged twice. The matter was resolved but very inconvenient. And the fact that the manager continued to tell me that being double charged was impossible even I had the proof right in front of me. Very frustrating. On a lighter note the jewelry was gorgeous
