I love my ring

My husband ordered me a new wedding set through this website. I was a little nervous because I hadn't heard of this company before, but I LOVE my set! It is beautiful, even better then it looked in the picture!

I am very pleased with my beautiful wedding set and the 2 additional bands. The whole process was so easy and the staff was amazing to work with. I will definitely tell all my friends about this company.

I love my ring from dazzling rock! The website does not show the ring on a finger so I was a little surprised by the thinness of the band but it wasn't a deal breaker by any means. I did email customer service after receiving the ring to ask about sizing (ring a little big) and I never received a response or follow up. I also asked about cleaning or repair work (for future reference) with no response. So , yes, I am happy with my product but not thrilled with service or company overall.

It is a very nice ring, I was a little nervous buying it online, but the experience was positive, the ring was perfect. Also, I did a long online research and in stores too, but dazzling rock saved me a ton of $$$$$.

The ring is very dainty and tiny but I love it and it will work for my small finger!

I was uneasy about buying a stone(s) online, where you can't check their quality. When the ring got to me, exactly when they said it would, the metal and the stones were bright and clear. For this price I expected an orange sapphire, and yellow diamonds.

I (and my girlfriend) loved the ring I purchased from DazzlingRock. Even better was that when I called 2 days after my purchase, thinking I needed to spend more on for quicker delivery given the timeline proposed in my confirmation email, Customer Service said they would prioritize the customizations I had requested, and send out my purchase much before their proposed date. As such, I received my purchase on time, having saved enough money to pair my gift with flowers and a card!

After creating my ring and finally seeing it, it was more amazing than i could have imagined. It is beautiful I have not been able to stop staring at it I have never had a ring more beautiful. We purchased a diamond and ruby ring from Dazzling Rock for our daughter-in-law to honor the birth of our grand daughter. Our daughter-in-law lost 2 of the rubies so I returned the ring for the replacement of the stones and for tightening of the remaining stones. From the time I sent the ring to Dazzling Rock to the time I received it back, was less than a week, and it was perfect and beautiful! I was very pleased with the customer support and their product!

Great quality. Smaller than expected but that is because I know nothing about jewelery carats. Called them and the ring I ordered can be made bigger so we order a bigger carot. Can't wait to get it in the mail.

I have lots of friends that use Dazzling Rock, so I was excited to receive the ring I ordered. It looked soooo beautiful in the picture, but the problem was that there is only one image and it's magnified like 1000 times. It is very deceptive and the ring actually does not look anything like the picture. If I would have seen a picture of this ring on a woman's finger, I would have probably paid a little more to get something nicer. Good service though and quick delivery. Will return the ring.

Although this ring didn't suit my purposes (it didn't match my engagement ring as I'd hoped,) it appeared to be well made, arrived quickly and they made the returns process easy. My only criticism is that the 10k yellow gold looked too orange.. probably should have ordered 14k.

I received a pair of diamond earrings as an anniversary gift for my husband. Imagine my dismay when I lost one of the two earrings! I called dazzling rock in hopes of ordering a replacement and they were happy to make one for me and charge me for only one earring. I just received it and it matches perfectly, thank you dazzling rock!

Black diamond earrings were exactly what I was looking for !

I purchased my ring in June 2015, married on 8/30/15; however only wore the wedding band for a week and noticed a diamond was missing. I called and spoke to Christian and he was awesome! Shipped ring back and they replaced missing diamond, inspected all the prongs to ensure they were tight, cleaned ring, and sent back to me priority mail.

A class service second to none. Item quality great. Follow up on request very good. Can't ask for more. Great job Dazzling Rock.

Be aware the product are made outside of American zone (mine was made in India) the Canada Border will charge you 8.5% of duties plus tax. For instance I bought 2 rings for 1600C$ and I paid extra 138.23C$ for duties and 97.444 C$ for other taxes . Also don't except to get someone on the phone if you have any question; however, someone will answer your question sent by email. Other than that, the products were perfect .

I just wasn't happy with it. It didn't look nothing like the picture the dimondsame looked really milky compare to the other ring other then that they shipped fast.

I bought an engagement ring from another company, horrible experience, so was looking elsewhere for a matching wedding band without breaking the bank. The Dazzling Rock staff, via live chat, was fantastic. I was able to tell them the details and send pictures of my engagement ring and they suggested a matching band. The band isn't an exact match but is very very close which is all I can expect with going to another company. I only wish I had bought my engagement ring from Dazzling Rock as well!
