Ordered a diamond wedding band to wear next to my engagement ring. I should have ordered a half size smaller but will keep it anyway. The ring is very pretty and what I expected at this price point.

My engagement ring is perfect, the time frame in which it was processed, not so much. I paid $30 for overnight shipping and they neglected to inform me that the item wouldn't ship for 2 weeks. At that point I didn't need over night shipping, they could have refunded it but didn't and said it would be overnight when it did ship. I received an email when it did ship and it still took 4 days. No refund. So fortunately it was worth the wait, BUT DONT PAY extra for shipping!

The piece of jewelry that I ordered was for a Christmas gift, but unfortunately I didn't know that I had to order a few weeks in advance to get it on time as the company did not have it in stock. I ordered it anyway and it is a beautiful piece at a great price. My ring came in a shiny gunmetal gray instead of the black rodium like in the picture. I had to pay $36 to ship it back to be fixed. After complaining they offered to overnight it back to me for free after its fixed. I haven't received it back yet so I can not say if it is resolved.

I felt it took a long time to receive the product but when the product arrived it was great. Loved the bracelet--Just hope the quality is outstanding and Dazzling Rock stands behind their products

They worked with me to accomodate my special request and I am very pleased with everything they did. They got me the ring sizes I needed and I recieved them ahead of schedule. My ring is beautiful, affordable, and came sooner than anticipated. I probably got a size bigger because it cost extra for anything less than a size 7. I'll likely just get a sizer and/or bond it to my wedding bands, already soldered together.

The quality of the ring was better than pictured, although the sapphire was certainly darker than was pictured (perhaps sending the customer a photo of colored stones in advance?). The ring arrived by the promised time, and would have been faster were it not for the incompetence of the USPS.

I just received my rings today, due to mailman error, it should have been delivered last week. I was very pleased with the look and quality of the rings. It is a very delicate, sweet and understated look with a lot of sparkle from the halo of diamonds and on the band. My husband's band is slightly thinner than he thought, but looks good on his finger, less sparkle but just enough. If anything that needs improvement I would say the website could be a bit easier to navigate. When you select the style, the option for the size should come up right away, as it does with most websites. There is a separate button, that could easily be missed. Anyway, I called and spoke with a very helpful person who walked me through the process. I appreciated the correspondence once the ring was mailed. Nice ring!!

I ordered my sapphire ring from Dazzling Rock & received it early. I researched and lot of websites & read hundreds of reviews & became skeptical. However, I ordered & could not be happier with my ring or experience.

I received my rings one or two days after they were shipped, which was amazing. I had my rings appraised and they are exactly what they were said to be. My only issue was that their ring sizes are a tiny bit smaller than they should be and I had to have it resized locally, a half a size. Other than that, excellent service and quality. My husband lost his wedding ring at work. We had ordered a replacement from another company but it wasn't quite right. We found the exact same ring on your site and it arrived quickly. Simply beautiful and a great price!

When a diamond came out of my wife's ring, they didn't hesitate to have it shipped to them for repairs, and they paid for everything. However, the diamond in particular was a black one, part of a surrounding set, and the repair job wasn't well cleaned, so the replacement diamond looks silver. It is noticeable from about a foot and a half away, which is disappointing.

When my ring did not ship on the expected date, the representatives at Dazzling Rock were easy to contact and immediately informed me of the status of my ring, upgrading me to overnight shipping. The ring is beautiful and everything I hoped for.
