The rings (3) I ordered where all customized and were made exactly as I ordered them at a very reasonable price. When I call there is always a human being that answers the phone, and they respond to emails quickly. Unfortunately, I have to call or email frequently as they do not do a very good job keeping the customer informed of the progress of the order. It can be very frustrating and time consuming (and long distance calls from Canada to California can be expensive1). This is why I gave 4 stars, and not 5

Great price but you get what you pay for. I was not expecting a follow up call but I got one anyway-loved it! It did take longer to process than I expected.

I bought the ring and immediately took it to a local jeweler for inspection. One of the stones free-spun in the setting. I'm happy with that product and I expected issues with setting due to price. You get what you pay for, and I went this route because I had a local jeweler who could address the minor issues. Overall, I'm happy and satisfied with purchase and would recommend others for repeat business.

Costumer service was great, the company got in contact with me right away and explained the procedure and answered my questions in a polite manner.

I bought two rings for our 10th Wedding Anniversary. The black Tungsten men's band and a woman's black diamond band. Both are gorgeous. I got the black men's ring engraved. The women's ring was smaller than I thought visually. It wasn't as black as I'd like more like a slate grey. It was custome made because of the smaller size so it took a little longer.

Their selection and description online was great compared to the other sites I visited. what impressed me the most was the customer service I received when I opted for a custom order. I had my emgagement ring custom made. Whem we started looking for a wedding band to compliment it the challenge began. I actually ordered and returned rings from zales and Jared. One less expensive and one more expensive. I found my ring fron Dazzling rock on Amazon and sent them a message to have it customized. The add on fee was minimal and Christian was great to work with. I absolutely love my ring! I was still hesitant and unsure if this was legit since the similar ring at Kay was more than double the price. I did bring my dazzling rock band to my jeweler and they confirmed it is real and no inclusion in the stones. Score me!

So my 7 and 8 year old sons got their ear pierced a little while ago. My youngest came to me and asked for a diamond earring like his dad's. Before I spend real money on their earring, I wanted to get a little something to see how they will do with it. This is really small but for the inexpensive price, I have no complaints.

I purchased a set of diamond earrings for my daughter who has small ears, and she appreciates small earrings. The diamond earrings purchased were essentially huggies with .5 diamond content. I was very happy with the quality of the diamonds--they are very dazzling and have lovely color and sparkle. The price was amazingly low for the value received Ordering and shipment were also excellent. I had to sign for the merchandise which was good to assure safety.

The ring is very pretty and the stones are very nice. I enjoyed working with customer service to customize my ring with a larger center stone. I wish I would have known how light weight the gold is as it can't support the stone and constantly twists. Don't think I will purchase again and will have the stones reset in the future. The 4 stars is for the quality and sparkle of the stones more gold would have given it a 5 star rating.

We purchased my wedding ring through here, we had it engraved. It came on time, it was what we ordered. I liked it so much we decided to add an additional band. I emailed the service department and they helped me to get what I wanted

This is the first time I have been disappointed in the product . Everything else I have purchased has been outstanding but this is mediocre.

I bought a men's cobalt ring high polish. In the picture it's much lighter than the actual ring. Still nice weight and it does shine very nice. My only qualm with the ring is that it looks like it has a black undertone and like I said it looks kind of dark. I bought a 0.45 CT tw pave diamond in 14k white gold ring. The ring shines and because it's pave it doesnt really matter but the diamonds really are cloudy. From a far you can't tell but up close its noticeable. Overall though I'm not rich and I wasnt looking for flawless diamonds. This was a way for my woman to have a rock on her hand and if you guys are on a tight budget like me this company is your way to own some diamonds. again they work for me and I would reccomend them to anyone. This ring that would have cost me at least 1000 bucks coat me about 400. Overall I'm very satisfied and guess what so

It took them a bit longer than I would have expected for a pretty basic customization, but it shipped out 2 days before they said it would so it was clearly stated. They have a lot of fees, especially if you return the ring, but overall the quality for the price is unbeatable. The MSRP they list is a bit exaggerated, but it cost more than double for something comparable on Amazon and triple in a jewelry store.

Although the product I ordered was actually out of stock when I place my order, customer service contacted my via phone and email and let me know about the delay. Happy with the order and happy with customer service once I was able to speak to someone live. For a few days I left voicemails asking for a return call to inquire why I never received tracking info. on the shipment of my order. The scheduled delivery date didn't happen when it was supposed to and when I finally got someone live they immediately got it shipped and shipped it priority to receive it sooner. I was upset at first but they took care of me and made up for the communication issue on when my order was supposed to be shipped

I really like Dazzling rock. This is my third purchase from them, and everything has been just fine. My last purchase, a ring I had chosen to represent my 15th wedding anniversary, is beautiful. My only issue is that it seems a bit small on my hand (to me). My husband and best friend think it's just gorgeous, and I'll admit, it has grown on me somewhat, but, I wanted to LOVE IT out of the box, and I just did not. It was custom sized, so, therefore, not returnable, or I may have been tempted. So be it. I am 90% "dazzled" and I suppose that will have to do. Either that, or put my hands on a diet.

I ordered a beautiful. 80 diamond ring guard. I was very happy with my choice but the ring guard that I chose my engagement ring did not fit down in it properly. I called the company and explained my problem. I was instructed to follow the return procedure. As long as I was returning the merchandise within the 30 day return policy I wouldn't have any problems getting a full refund. I received a full refund back to my credit card within days of them receiving the ring back. I would definitely do business with Dazzling Rock again.

This is a great ring it holds its shine, no issues with size, my wife is very satisfied. Only drawback is the size of the diamonds, wish they were a little bigger, but although small the still shine very well. Would highly recommend.
