The website is a bit slow and has a lag. But I feel like I found a good deal. I’m disappointed tho that there was no info on the sapphires on the ring. Even just yes they are natural and heat treated or whatever.

The earrings are much smaller than I thought they would be. I tried them on and they are very difficult to get in and out of my ear, I'm guessing because of the ridges for the crew-on backs. I threw out the paperwork, so I can't return them, but I won't be giving them as a gift to my friend.

Not what u thought they would be and would like to return the earrings

Hi all, be careful with the duties, taxes and administrative cost when you buy from abroad. It's about a 30% of the purchase cost over. My last purchase with them. They were very helpful telling me that if I don't receive the gods I will lose de 60 $ of the delivery fees and I'll have to pay a other 60 $ for the returning.

I would like to be completely honest. I place an order for the trio rings. I received an empty ring box. I contacted you guys. The issue was resolved but at my expense. I had to use a freight forwarding company after they agreed to resend the item but I had already left the country. I almost felt scammed, and at one point I felt like they assumed that I was being deceitful but I never received the ring. I am currently back home still waiting on the freight forwarding company.

These people are amazing! I ordered a bracelet through them via Amazon. The picture showed a lobster claw clasp. I am a big woman and have difficulty finding bracelets big enough, so I thought this was perfect because I could just get an extender for it. I was very disappointed when I received it and it had a box clasp on it, for which you cannot find extenders. After several emails and a couple of misunderstandings, I sent the bracelet back, (they emailed me a shipping label) and they custom added some chain links to make it big enough for free and sent me a picture next to a ruler before they shipped it back. It is now perfect! I love it! I highly recommend this company for any jewelry needs!

Overall it was good. However, I was trying to find information that I could not find on the site that would have been helpful in my decisions.

I had to go through the checkout process four times before it would take my information. That put a damper on my “shopping experience.

Although nice these are very small earring backs. They are about 1/2 the size off the one I am replacing.

I always have a great experience when shopping Dazzling rock. This is my 3rd or 4th time ordering and everything always goes smoothly.

I am very impressed with the craftsmanship and quality of the custom ring that I had created. It’s very beautiful and I love the way it shines in the light. Once my piece was approved it did not take long for it to be shipped. However I have some few small Critiques. I wish there were more options in color choices for blue stones. Secondly the design was not followed exactly with the 3d mock up. It’s ok because the ring is beautiful but it does affect the symmetry. Thirdly I wish the color of the stones were more accurately portrayed in the computer aided design. When my ring arrived I was expecting it to look a certain way and was taken aback at first because it wasn’t what I was expecting. Do not get me wrong it is beautiful and gorgeous and I love it but it took some time for me to fall in love with it. I was taken aback at first glance because I was expecting lighter stones like in the drawing. I had a friend recommend Dazzling Rock to me and I’m definitely happy I went through them for something as important as an engagement ring. The quality and craftsmanship is unparalleled. I would definitely recommend using them for all your jewelry needs.
