I purchased Stretch Max and PHA 2 LITE. They arrived yesterday and I worked out this morning. I am 58 and just getting started with weights again and this DVD is exactly what I needed. I only wish I could stream it to my TV instead of playing on an old MacBook Pro. The program is easy to follow in spite of my 13" screen. I am already certain that I will purchase more in the future.

I have been working out with Cathe for many many years - and will continue, but this particular workout proved to be less than optimal for me. 1. In most other videos, Cathe's cueing is stellar - just a click or two ahead of the movement - I did not find that to be the case with this video. 2. The title should be “Upper Body” Metabolic blast - my shoulders were literally shredded, and not in a good way, from the repetitive upper body movements - only to be further repeated in the floor based portion of the practice. And 3. I was unimpressed with the pyramid pump - two very basic back exercises although it was a good decision to put the BACK pyramid pump on this DVD to counter all the forward/shoulder movements. Honestly, I would return it for a refund if it was possible.

I'm a bit newer to the Cathe website but check daily for the Deal of the Day. I've gotten her workout dvd's here and there over the years but now that I can see how they were part of a larger collection, I look to fill in the missing ones when they become available on the Deal of the Day. I LOVE that there is a preview video with great explanations so that I can easily see what types of workouts are on each dvd. I would give this experience 5 stars if only for the fact that I recently created a password for the site and it wouldn't let me check out unless I changed my email address because I couldn't remember the password. I had to go through the whole process of changing it again but it would have been nice to just check out as a guest. Otherwise, super happy customer!!
