Love Cathe!! I have been working out with her since 2004. She is my go to workout with so many varieties of programs.

Cathe is the best fitness instructor I have experienced in the past 12 years. She works you out hard with amazing results. I have subscribe to your weekly online fitness sessions and absolutely enjoy every one of them. I own most of her DVDs.

Cathe and her team always deliver a high quality product. From the moment a new filming project is announced, we are kept up to date across multiple social media platforms and via email directly to our own inboxes of the development and progress of the project. Sometimes there may be a delay beyond Cathe's control --injury delays filming, products shipping from abroad to US are delayed, DVD printing is delayed so further quality control checks can be carried out-- but these instances are rare over the years and Cathe always delivers. I have been a loyal customer of Cathe's fitness program releases since about 1998 and never regret my purchases. Not only are her releases technically the best productions they can be but Cathe's knowledge of developments in the fitness industry stays up to date and translates into some of the most kick-***, professional, well-taught and well-executed, creative and inspiring workouts available on the market today. Sometimes I try other instructors, but their programs make up about 20% max of my workout time. Cathe is the foundation and core of my fitness program, always. With Cathe I never have to worry the workout will not satisfy and might not challenge me and help me grow. With Cathe, I am always in good hands.
