I bought the pre-sale Lite series and was charged twice, even though I did NOT hit the button more than once. The next day I saw the double-charge and had to notify your offices of the mistake (rather than you having noticed the mistake first; if I hadn't called, would you just have walked with the extra money?). The rep who emailed me said "sorry ... that happens sometimes." Really? It shouldn't happen ever. I am a big fan of Cathe workouts but bought my two most recent additions from Amazon rather than ordering through you because (1) they don't change me shipping (Prime) and (2) they don't double-charge. I think the workouts are exceptional and I will likely keep buying them, but not direct from Cathe.com until that little bug gets fixed.

I am a Cathe fan of 20 years and the online service to purchase was seamless. I’m from Canada though so I do get nailed in extra taxes but it’s wirth it. Julie Nanson

I ordered the "Deal of the Day" DVDs and the shipped within one week (and I live in Canada). I have not had a chance to do the DVDs yet but usually all my Cathe workouts are great!

I ordered the LITE series and tried to order the 2019 calendar on the same order and use the calendar code to save $ but could not use the code on my order of both items...little disappointed I could not get the calendar on the sames order, so I did not get it.

Unless you know the website, it can be difficult to manipulate as you have to go back and forth to where you place the preorder to the page where you can order dvds.

I have ordered step videos from Cathe in the past and was very satisfied. Most recently, I ordered exercise bands. They are great, and I use them a couple of times a week. I would definitely recommend Cathe's products to any friends that are looking for exercise dvds or exercise equipment.

I purchased Fit Split and absolutely love this series. This DVD has everything for a great workout using weights and cardio, low impact, high impact and low impact. I absolutely love the versatility of this series, either just doing one workout when you have less time, to combining several. It is one of my favorite series of hers.

She is the only video instructor who is tough enough to not outgrow, yet her queuing is so good, that's it's impossible to hurt yourself unless you don't listen to her or don't listen to your body. I'm so happy we now have Amazon's FireStick in Australia, which allows us to have Cathe's apps without having to cast from a laptop or phone! Overtime, I have tried every single fitness app out there and I keep coming back to Cathe's. I have probably 70% of her DVDs already, but the convenience of the app is great. I love the Workout Blender, which allows me (at 59 y.o.) to tailor the workouts to my abilities by creating my own mixes. Hightly, highly recommended!

Cathe, I absolutely love ICE and I cant wait to continue trying your latest workouts! I'm 35, have been active for most of my life, and have quite a large video library (including VHS tapes of classic Firm workouts, newer series like Inanity and 21 Day Fix). However, what I get out if ICE is so much more rewarding; I FEEL the difference. ICE includes a little bit of everything and I felt a difference in my stamina and muscle tone literally by the time I got through the 7 discs the first time. I'm now building my very own collection of Cathe workouts. My goal is to be in as excellent shape as you, which is a tough goal, indeed :) I genuinely look up to you and am excited to do more of your workouts The Timesaver DVD was great because I got a taste of 5 different videos you have, and I absolutely LOVE your Kick Max DVD. I've been working out with Cathe for 5 years and because of her terrific workouts, I'm in the best shape of my life at 50. I had the great pleasure of working out with Cathe in Daytona over Columbus Day weekend on a Road trip. It was a blast!! After the official trip was over, my husband and I saw Cathe at the resort pool area. I was so not going to go over and bother her and her family. But you know what? She came over and talked to us. Cathe is just as caring and kind in person as she seems on her DVDs. A true class act. I hope to continue to workout with her and the Cathletes for many years to come.

I started doing Cathe's class about 6 months ago ondemand. I have worked out faithfully since I was 23. As years passed things ...well you know...got harder to do. More aches and injuries took longer to recover. I needed to find something else that I could do on MY time. This was the answer. I will be 60 in October and still going strong.
