I was sent two of the same DVD's in error. I emailed you to send me an RA number for return but have not received a respone yet.

Shipped as soon as was available January 9th but only arrived yesterday and I had to pay extra duty!! This has never happened before. If I had ordered through collage videos this would not have happened.

I still have not received my dvds. The tracking said the package was delivered January 22.

Pre ordered the new Lite DVD's I like them but would really like more cardio routines. Only 2 of the 7 are cardio, the rest are weights. Maybe next time, more cardio workouts?

I received my DVD’s a few days ago, but my case had been crushed in transit. I emailed your site and received a quick response. I’m just waiting for my new case to arrive.

Shopping was simple and easy and downloading my product once it was available was a breeze.

I had trouble using a gift certificate I got for the holidays, and customer service was very helpful.

It was so easy to order and the product arrived when promised.

Love Cathe and her products BUT there has to be a better way to handle a purchase of digital material. I received my dvds but have no idea where my digital passcodes are to download my digital workouts. I can’t be the only one who doesn’t have a home for months to keep this info. Why can’t it also be sent out with our invoice when we receive the dvd’s in addition to when we order. It should be just a simple computer sort program

I have been a huge fan and long time supporter of Cathe's work outs. I have purchased most if not all of Cathe's workouts and I continue to use them and keep them in a constant rotation. Even the oldies but goodies. Hands down Cathe is one of best video fitness instructors I have ever followed, and I have followed many! Her videos are my best option, since I can't take one of her classes live. I have never had an issue with customer service. I usually pre-order Cathe's work-out series because I know I am going to enjoy them and I have yet to be disappointed. The new series is no exception. I have almost tried all the routines and they are so much fun. Don't let the name Lite fool you. You can make it as hard or as easy just by increasing the intensity or changing your weight selection. I always enjoy Cathe’s workouts. I only gave 4 stars because I prefer to have a program guide. The online calendars are not helpful unless you own all of her programs in order to follow ot correctly.
