I ordered a replacement for my Phillips Dream Station 2 face mask and related pieces. I am 6’2 tall and 250 lbs. I believe I asked for a large size mask. I received a Small. How can I exchange?

My order of syringes was supposed to arrive on Monday. I recvd several emails telling "the last of my order" was arriving and then had arrived on Monday, but this was NOT true. The only thing that arrived was 3 single syringes that I added only to qualify for free shipping. My actual order - 3 boxes of syringes (50/ea) - did NOT arrive. I could not find amything about tbis online, so called Customer Service, who told me it would arrive Wednesday instead. I received NO notice about the delay. When I checked my order on your site Monday, it was confusing. One page said order in transit. Another page said "ordered, but not shipped." You have a higher responsibility when selling medical supplies. My syringes weren't stuck in the mail. It was your company's error and you didn't even bother to alert me that there would be a delay. Inexcusable.

Overall, I'd say that the experienced was decent. The price for the mask was competitive. What I do NOT like however, and this is across the entire CPAP industry, is that that manufacturers seem to make changes to fittings purposely so that consumers/patients have to buy more products. I only needed the mask/gear...not the silicon rubber nose fittings. I had several of those left over, but I've noticed time and time again, that they literally change the fittings. There is no reason for those fittings to be unique. Just like the hoses, why create new fittings for nose fittings. That's a racket!
