The cpap mask I bought had a manufacturer's defect, the hose did not attach tightly. 3 days after I received the item, I requested the item to be exchanged for same product. Was told they would only exchange within 24 hours of delivery. Then I asked they honor their 30 day satisfaction guarantee the have on their website. Never heard back. Very bad customer service.

Buying the pillow mask from you was a good experience, easy to navigate your website and my purchase got to me in a very timely manner. The only problem is, I thought I would like to try the pillow head gear and that was my mistake. I have never used the pillows before, unfortunately they are very uncomfortable . I will keep trying for a few more nights, but I’m afraid I will be needing to purchase a new nasal mask shortly 😞 live and learn I guess.

I have just requested a Return because of several mask leaks during the night. My pillow mask I’ve been using has worked very well for me. A possible size change may have made a difference but I’m very happy with what I’ve been using. The Brevida is a very good looking mask and I’m confident that it works well for others. I’m alway looking for a a mask that works better than the one I have.

Your merchandise is misleading. I bought a ehob waffle cushion, it appears on line as if you don’t need a pump but once received it and unfolded it I could see that I needed to blow it up but there was pump included.
