She had contacted Australia Post and determined that they were at fault as they had my package listed as "late delivery". After her intervention it arrived the next business day. I have a metal connection on my hose. Trying to get the wash brush copnnected is a night mare due to the design of the connecting adptor attached to the wash brush. I will need to buy a new wash brush connector, to fit the metal connector or purchase an plastic connection for my hose, trusting it will not be a problem, connecting to the wash brush connector. Delivery was slow, estimated 4 days to get the package from Adelaide to Melbourne. Why the package could not go straight from Adelaide to either Canberra or Sydeny is beyond me.

The container is black in color not the orange one that was on your website,not that the color of the container is a big issue but how do i know if the contents are what i ordered. Yes the contents do smell of orange, i have purchased this product from another place and it smelt more orangey.
