The process was very easy and simple and the results came back very quick! However, the person that took my blood was rude and cold. I did not get a good feeling from them. I do not have a problem with needles or with this type of processes but someone who may have an issue would not feel comfortable with this person. Everyone else was lovely and helpful.

I needed a Quantiferon-Gold TB test prior to my start date at my new place of employment. I was trying to do everything out-of-state and didn't want the hassle of having to get 2 TB PPD tests to fulfill the employee health requirements. Accesa made this super easy for me! I ordered the test on Sunday, lab was drawn on Tuesday, and had the results by Thursday! No worries and no hassle!

Easy peasy lemon squeezy. Everything went smoothly, the staff at my location were able to use the order provided to get everything done. The next time I need a specific lab test done I will likely order through Accessa again.

The staff members were great! The hours of operation on the website (7:30 am) are different than the actual times listed at the physical location (8am). The facilities while small lacked things like a paper towel dispenser to dry your hands without containmenting the open roll on a lab box that was available. Also the kiosk check in was not user friendly when compared to other lab companies such as Quest Diagnostics.

I was a little hesitant to give my money to a company over the internet without having heard of them before, but I needed my blood titer as soon as possible, so I did it. I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience. The lab visit was simple, I was in and out quickly, and had my results the NEXT DAY when I thought it would be 4 or more. Highly recommend!

Easy. Wasn’t difficult to follow steps

The lead on the tr has everything very well organized. A line formed outside the offices and one by one 6 feet apart each person presented their lab form and were processed abs then taken into the office to sit in a chair 6 feet sorry. I told her after my blood work was take. How efficient everything was and I was impressed.

Everyone was knowledgeable and kind, however The 3 large stairs, getting to the lab (without a hand rail) were unexpected and difficult for an alone handicapped person. Very easy and inexpensive alternative to going to the physician for a lab order. I ordered on Friday evening, they had a lab time open at 7:30am on Sat. I was in and out in 16 minutes (there were lots of people being turned away without appointments)! Received the results of my titer test on Sunday. Wonderful!
