Got hCG lab done at 8am at a Quest diagnostics and had my results at 6am the folllwonf day.

I had a great experience using this service. I am an RN and needed labs for a new job but wasn’t connected with a new primary care doc yet, so I used this service. It was fast, the lab had received the order electronically, and I got the results faster than they estimated. I would use this service again!

Good experience, although the lab of interest was not immediately displayed. So, after I select the type of service required, the applicable lab(s) could then be displayed.

From a professional point of view ,the service I received was impecable . On the human side ,the waiting in an unattended waiting room ,monitored by a computer and the very minimized verbal contact with the nurse extracting the blood ,left one the sensation of being in the age of totally impersonal medicine .

The process was much easier than I thought it would be. I was able to send my lab order to the lab electronically without any issues. I appreciated that Accessa emailed me to remind me about my order because I initially didn’t realize it had been processed already.

This experience was very smooth and affordable. I ordered Immunization titers on Tuesday, went to the lab on Wednesday and received my results on Friday.

My experience was good. On time and used excellent technique with the blood draw and cleaning. Some people seemed to have waited a long time (over an hour) and had appointments.

The phlebotomist was pleasant and professional. But the clinic was hard to find. It would have been helpful to know that it is buried inside a Walmart. There is no sign on the outside of the building.

The workers were nice but your website sucks and gives no useful information or warnings.

Great service, the lab I went to made a mistake with my first blood draw and Accesa Labs was very diligent with responding to my concerns and getting a second order asap. Results were quick as well. Highly recommend!

The process was very easy. All the instructions needed were included. My appointment ended up being more than a week after purchasing the test due to the facility’s availability and Accesa emailed to follow-up just to make sure I did not forget to get the labs done that I purchased. When I finally did, Accesa emailed me my results 2 days later. Really happy with the process and quick turn-around for results.

Very easy directions to follow. I was worried that the lab near me wouldn't know what Accesa was but the girl took my order I printed out from Accesa and took my blood and I was on my way. Very convenient and FAST! I will definitely be using this service in the future!

The sample results make it easy to choose the test you want, the ordering process is simple, and the ability to have the order faxed directly to Quest Labs is a bonus so you don't have to print anything. Results are easy to read.
