I wish I knew how easy this was. Always thought you had to book doctors appointments for this stuff. Going to get some basic bloodwork stuff done more often like hormone n cortisol levels.. super easy

The lab didn’t have a clear signage around the entrance so spent extra 15 min to roam around and search for the lab. Most importantly, the nurse at the lab was giving me unprofessional comments about my past covid infection which was extremely hurtful and I couldn’t wait for her to finish taking my blood so that I could run away from there forever. Apart from this, I add up the star, bcs the overall idea of getting tests arranged and scheduled online, paid online, results online - is very convenient and worked well.

The lab stuff was unprofessional they barely know that they perform this specific test. And also we are not so trust their results if we receive. Would like you to contact me via email for further discussions and to know if there is any option for doing the specific test again

I ordered a 10 panel and went in and gave a sample. The next day I got an email telling me that they couldn't do a 10 panel and basically wasted my time. They charged me 89$. After that experience with quest I got a 10 panel done at a different place for 34$ and same day results. These people are stupid and unorganized

Excellent, and easy. I needed MMR records, have no idea where they are so I opted to pay for a titer to prove immunity. Received the lab results fast. I would highly recommend this service.

Ordered the test, but as it turns out the results are only correct if I take it first thing in the morning--and since there was no indication of that, I took the test at the end of the day, and the person at the lab said there was no problem with that. I tried another service right after, and they told me to take the test first thing in the morning. The results were hugely different. When I asked Accesa, they said that it's something I would have to find out from my doctor. Problem is--if I was working with my doctor on this, they would have written the test order and I would haven't needed to use Accesa in the first place. So unfortunately I need to throw out these test results and call it a lesson learned. With Accesa's extensive description of the test, it would have been helpful to have information on when to take it for accurate results. Two stars because other than useless results, the service worked flawlessly.

I was Extremely pleased with my experience with Acessa labs. It was easy and seamless and my results were available very quickly! Unfortunately my experience with my blood draw at Quest labs was not good. I have dark purple bruising to 2/3 of my arm due to lack of experience from the person who drew my blood!
