So many variables - of course I can google stuff but I think an explanation in "laymen's terms" would be an awesome enhancement. The wait was very long once I got to the lab. It would be helpful to have lab contact information, particularly telephone numbers on your website so I could have called in advance to make an appointment versus waking in at peak times.

I was freaking out because my regular Doctor forgot to do one of my titers and the deadline for the nursing program acceptance was fastly approaching. the test for cobalt took much more than the 3 to 4 days which I expected, and I had trouble assessing the results but a gal there attached them which I could open. that real long address to get into them wouldn't work by clicking on it and I was frustrated typing it in and then it wouldn't work and I made sure that I had typed it in correctly.

I've done many blood test with Accesa and I've never get a discount on my blood test. Recently I found out that there is another company also referrering to Quest diagnostic with more attractive prices. Even though I get some promotion code at the end of my purchase I can't never use it on the next blood test.

I'd have liked a more detailed report of my lyme disease test. All it said was I was under the reference number but didn't give me any other details. Other than that it was an easy process. :) I wish the prices were a little more affordable though.

I had blood work done on Friday, Sept 16 and I have not received any results to date.

Your service is awesome. It was so fast (results received in about one day). I've used Accesa labs in the past but have never been emailed my results so quickly. I really appreciate the rapid turnaround. It's also much easier to access the results online than it used to be (I had a lot of trouble with this a few years ago). Because of the ease at which I was able to download my results, I will definitely use your services again. My only complaint about your service is that I had to go to a Quest facility. Lab Corp is more convenient for me. I wish customers had the option of choosing either Quest or Lab Corp, but I realize that probably isn't possible given the way the contracts work. One final comment. Your lab tests cost just a bit more than identical tests offered by some of your competitors. Getting my results fast with little difficulty is more important than cost in my book, at least for tests done infrequently. However, if I had to test regularly, I might consider other online services to minimize my costs.

The lab you sent me to was clean and I was only one there. In and out in minutes. Got the result on my PSA very quickly. The PSA results said it was unmeasurable so after 18 months since my prostrate was removed I am cancer free. I had first went to a competing lab that only charged $50 but I needed a doctor referral from them. It was also crowded and dirty. My Kaiser insurance being a Bronze HSA would had the PSA cost even less at $35 but I would be required to go the urologist for over $200.00 which would come out of my pocket or pay an independent doctor less to get the referral and go to a competing lab I did not like. I found you guys with combo single price deal because I had to believe there is still free enterprise somewhere in the medical field to reduce costs for customers self paying.

The staff were very polite, i did not have to wait too long to be seen. Results were out in a day which is great.

The process of receiving the order and going to the lab went smoothly. However, I have not received my lab results yet? I had my blood taken last Wednesday morning EST.

Only issue was waiting almost 2 hrs. as a walk-in at Qwest - Results received next day - great job Would suggest some way to encourage taking the time to make an appt. when ordering on your web-site. Technician said that the wait at that facility was the norm - especially for people are getting fasting lab work, or thinking they can breeze in during their lunch break to get lab work done.

I was in control not a doctors office. 10 mins after registering with Accesa I was being tested @ a cost of $175 vs $599 normal charges for medical institution (per lab performing test). Took 30 mins of my time.

Hi, was very satisfied. However might want to make clearer upfront on website that payment to you is the entire charge in full, and not just a charge for setting up the test. After signing up I became concerned that quest lab would have an additional charge onsite. Of couse they did not.

Lab process was a little confusing, especially check-in. Getting more context on how to read the results would be much better.

The employee who took my blood sample was very friendly, polite, and helpful. The entire experience went smoothly, and I received my results quickly. Thank you very much.

Ordering tests and obtaining lab orders was quick and easy. The actual lab draw experience at my nearest Quest Diagnostic lab very poor. After signing in, I waited 2 hours in a room with at least 50 other patients to get drawn. I arrived at the facility at 7:40AM and left at 9:50AM. Fortunately, my tests were not fasting. The phlebotomist was quick but not particularly skilled, and I still have a bright purple bruise nearly a week later at the phlebotomy site. Once blood was drawn, results were very quick and easy to access. I would definitely recommend Accesa Labs but was disappointed with Quest

Everything was done fast, however, the Quest lab on wilshire does not ask you to disclose if you are taking any medications . That is problematic because you can fail a drug test.
