Please contact my school West Coast University to contract with them for future business. It would been helpful if I would have known about this service sooner and also the connection between the school and lab results could be streamlined.

This procedure was easy and the results were extremely quick. I am from Canada and my doctor wanted this blood test done. We don't have this procedure in Canada so I found this was quite easy to order and pay for. The test I ordered included five of the six things the doctor wanted checked. She also wanted CBC done but I figure what I had was good enough. I couldn't find a test that included everything so I guess I would have had to order two separate tests. But over all a good system.

They did a wonderful job! I was in and out very quickly, they were ready for me before I had finished signing in.

Emphasis on scheduling ahead of time!!!! IO noticed several patients frustrated to the fact that they were there waiting while others came in and went ahead of those that appeared to be walk-ins!! This would reduce "A LOT "of stress!!!

Good service, but the "turnaround" time could have been better. I'm accustomed to Kaiser where test results are almost instant, within a few hours. Yours was okay, but it took from Thursday afternoon to Monday noon.

Still waiting on the results for the Celiac test. Had to ask on the 3rd business day for results and they did not come until late the 4th business day for the thyroid test. Blood drawn 12/8. Monday will be the 7th business day with no notice when I should expect the results. Some what disappointed in lack of follow up and follow through.

I was totally satisfied with what you offered. The one thing I would have love is a better understanding of what the numbers mean. I decided to have the tests done on my own (no doctor recommendation) so I'm trying to interpret the numbers on my own by googling what is normal and what is not. I'm not sure if what I'm finding is accurate or not.

The process was smooth and easy. I ordered the lab from my car as I sat outside in front of the clinic, walked in to the lab and my requisition was there. The technician had two patients before me, however, I had my labs drawn within 30 minutes and I was well on my way to work afterwards. Excellent process.

Pros: Super quick turn around, got my results as soon as they were processed. Only con I would mention is that there was no warning that some lab tests are only drawn at certain times of the day- Q gold tests are not drawn before 2pm. I was able to work my schedule around it, so it didn't turn into a disaster, but it was a little inconvenient.

You've improved the ordering process since I last ordered a test. It's extremely fast and easy. Also, you've improved the retrieval procedure of the finished lab report. Same remark, it's extremely fast and easy. I was shocked at how fast results were available. I only have praise for your process; however, the only complaint is that your prices are higher than other labs. You provide easy access to print a copy of a sample lab report and I like this benefit very much. Allows me to comparison shop and verify that I'm ordering all the markers I need. So, perhaps that benefit outweighs the extra cost. By the way, on my last two orders you offered a discount which I very much appreciate. Thank you for that.

I wish the website had clear instructions on how to use of my own doctor's order. It would have saved my money on two occasions.

I was happy with the results however there was a misconception of how long it would take to get my results. My only suggestion would be to push for quicker turnarounds.

It would help to have two providers available for service at all times. It was evident care suffered when the only care provider was doing a draw and a costumer needed service. Stressful for lab tec and other people present

I needed a quanteferon test done, I went to Quest the day before thanksgiving and was told I would have to return on Monday. It was a time sensitive result I needed for new employment. the staff at quest were very efficient.

I did not have an appointment for my blood draw. I arrived 9 am and there were three people ahead of me. As I was sitting waiting for my name to be called, several other people came in who had appointments. The waiting room was full. During the next half hour, most of the people who came in after I did were called in before me. I went up twice and asked when I would be called and the young man at the desk said soon. Another 20 minutes went by, others came in and were helped before I was. After waiting for a total of 50 minutes I went up and complained to another person at the desk that I had been waiting for 50 minutes. That person made sure I was called next. The Accesa Labs site stated that an appointment is not needed. Very annoying to wait that long.

Would suggest that you offer an email option to mail lab results to MD offices also.

It was an easy way to get my labs done AND get results without having to go through the doctor...I regulate my own levels so it is very time consuming to wait for a nurse response to know my "numbers" in order to regulate my own blood thinner. Also, lab results were very timely.

The whole process was excellent and affordable. I only wish that my test results were positive for candida. Do you do any urine tests for fungal/yeast infections?
