The only thing that upset me was the lab came back uninterpretable. Of course that was not your fault. I know a lot of things can happen along the way. But perhaps a credit to do it again. It said to do the test in 4 weeks.

Everything was done thoroughly. I like that you follow up with email every step of the way. I like that one could print out and fax results to others.

No appointment wait time was longer that I'd thought it would be for a simple blood draw. Other than that all went really well.

My computer was broken so I could not print out the order. Went to the lab with the order on my iPAD.The folks there were very helpful - and found it in their system -so I could the tests done right then. Thank you to them for that.

I was not shure hiw it goes,i odered just one test. Everything went perfect! I wanted to do snither few tests,I was asking what other test you can do? What is the price? I dont know how to order again on line. Ladies at the front desk had no idea,they just fallow the orders on line, They gave me phone number where i can get some information but nobody did not respond to my phone call. Can be next time...

I hope the lab result is not so late. At least not more than 2 days especially if it's only blood test and no urinalysis. Overall, the service was good.

The lady who did the lab test was very kind and helpful. The lab results were available in a fast time frame.

I think it's great to be able to access data to enable one to take control over their own health. This has enabled me to get a base line reading for reference before starting an exercise program. I will be able to monitor progress in the future.

This is a great service. I have had a thyroid disorder for nearly 20 years. I suspected that my medication was no longer strong enough but couldn't get in to see my doctor for several weeks. I ordered a thyroid panel through Accesa Labs and received it within hours. As soon as Quest was open I went there, and 24 hours later I had my results. I was able to start increasing my medication immediately. Thank you!

The whole process was quick and easy. I appreciate being able to directly order the test from Accesa Labs and schedule the blood draw at my convenience. I saved several hundred dollars and quite a bit of time by not having to go to my doctor's office. The only problem I had was that I never received an email saying my test results were ready. I just happened to go back into my Accesa Labs online account to see when my result might be available, and I saw that it was already posted. I understood that I was to receive an email when it was ready. Had I not looked out of curiosity, I might still be waiting. I still haven't received such an email. But I will definitely use the service again. Thanks!

The service at the clinic was exceptional with fast and friendly, yet professional attention. It was a clean and welcoming environment. It would be helpful to have late night or weekend hours. The website and help phone line was great and easy to use. Sadly, when I went to check out the 5% discount did not work.

Service is very easy to use. Results are posted quickly. Very pleased.

I had an early morning appointment and was seen on time. But it was clear that having only ONE person doing both check-in and phlebotomy was very inefficient. It put too much pressure on her, and I could see that a bunch of walk-ins would easily have overwhelmed her and might have resulted in delays. The person did a very good job, but the lab needs at least two people on duty to do the job well.

The lab I chose was inside QFC. It took me a while to find it. It will help customers if you can indicate that it is inside a super market. Other than this confusion, the service was very good.

The lab tech was very friendly and care. He was the better person ever who draw my blood. It was fast and easy. There is notthing to improve in my cast. :)

The only negative was not getting the result sooner but, whatever, such is life.

It is hard to specify tests needed and simply get a list of packages that fulfill the requirements. That would be a terrific feature. As it is, I had to read every line of many tests, sometimes bringing up new tabs to open the descriptions of tests that are included in testing packages and read what those included. Obviously, that's not impossible, but some checkboxes for at least common compounds to be tested for (estradiol, T, hemoglobin, etc.) or a search that included results of packages included in larger packages would be awesome. You can improve your service having more than one person to take de blood samples. The only person there was extremely busy and she had to do everything while it was a lot of people waiting for test.

The experience, simplicity and ease of execution of the blood test requested was very positive. To allow a patient to participate and garner information about their own health in a simplified manner was refreshing. Not that it this replaces professional physician participation, but it does allow patients educate themselves and bring that knowledge to share and work with their physician.

I got the test done, and the test results arrived within 3 days. The place was clean and well maintained. The nurse was polite and kind. The doctor was not, although I was respectful, and have not given him any reason to be rude. Furthermore he did not take the 2. test in time. I had to call in, 5 minutes after the 2. blood draw of the timed test would have been due, and 5 more minutes till he actually did it.

I went to Quest Labs in Naperville on Washington to get STD testing with my boyfriend. They took us right away, and 24 hours later, we both got our test results at the same time! 24 hours! The results were easy to read for us laypeople. We celebrated. :)

Y'all are great at getting back to us quickly with status updates/inquiries. Turn around times and customer service are fantastic. Thank you! One suggestion (not sure if it is possible) - sometimes the Quest locations are missing info/have incorrect hours/services listed. I am curious if they provide you with phone #s for the clinics in case of emergencies (since it is near impossible to speak w/ a clinic directly unless the patient is physically at the location).

I found the experience very efficient and professional. I showed up unannounced. I waited no more than 10 minutes. The person who drew my blood was polite, calm, reassuring, and very professional. There are some who draw blood who make you nervous. This person knew her craft. Even though it said it could be a 4 day process, I heard back in 2 days. I have a record of it in my email for my records. I am very pleased.

i ordered 2 tests: blood analysis and urine. The result came on one page, making it impossible to separate, and very confusing for filing the records. . I wish there were separate reports,

There are many without insurance. Some test you are cheaper, other test other company's are cheaper. It would be nice if you offered regular discounts or coupons to loyal customers so they don't have to price shop and look for coupons every time they need a test. I would think that having 100% of a persons business and make a little less on each test would make you more money per customer. As far as your system and customer service, no complaints that would be a 10. Your competitors may show higher prices sometimes but then have a 20% coupon available which makes them cheaper at the time. I would love to not have to price shop, but I am self employed with a family of four and ever dollar counts. We have insurance, but doesn't kick in until we spend over $10,000. Thanks, Frank

Great service, no complaints. One thing however, when I was reviewing your site there was a pop-up to save 5% if you order in the next 30min or so. I love a deal don't get me wrong, but this made me feel unsure about your company and thought it might be a scam. I chose to purchase just the Hep B instead of the package to see how things went. If it was a scam I would be out $50 not close to $200 for the larger panel. I do plan on using your services in the future for more titer testing and also passed your information along to my school that is requiring proof of vaccination through documentation or titer testing. Thanks for saving me from unnecessary repeat vaccinations!

I'd been trying to get a doctor to order a liver panel for my daughter and it was taking too long as she was leaving to go back to college. This allowed us to have the test done and discuss the results with her doctor. Would definitely recommend to others!

Accesa (and Quest Diagnostics) offer me the labs needed, at the time needed, and with better speed than I can get from the local hospital. One thing that was odd this time was the difficulty linking from the Accesa website to the Quest site. There was a "locate lab" link, but it used to take you to the "make an appointment" page on Quest's site and no longer does. (Or it may have just been me.)
