The process was very simple and fast.

Everything was great. When I called to ask about the status of my results, the woman who I spoke to was great in assisting​ me and providing me with an update.

I made my first appointment on a Friday. When I got to the lab they informed me that they could not do this on a Friday as no one would be there the next day to send my blood off to the lab. I had to reschedule and come back the following Tuesday. I live over an hour away from the lab so this was a major inconvenience.

Your price structure permits a self pay family to have access to needed testing.

I mistakenly went to a lab under the impression that "walk-ins welcome" meant just that, that I could walk-in and have a TB test (required for work). I learned of my mistake when I was asked for my doctor's lab order. Since I did not have one, I had to leave the facility. While sitting in my car, I remembered your webpage, so I loaded it up on my phone. I read what your company had to offer and purchased the lab order through your webpage before I left the facility's parking lot. Almost immediately, the lab order was sent to me, as well as the facility. I walked back inside, showed the clerk my order (on my phone), and was able to have my blood drawn for the test. Amazing is not a word I use lightly, but the services your company provided truly were amazing. Thank you.

Excellent way to get labs that our doctor wouldn't order. So glad I found Accesa, I was correct in my suspicion of Hashimotos Thyroiditis.

The technician - lovely woman - was a joy to meet and visit with. She works for Quest Labs I assume. The facilities were noticeably clean and well kept/comfortable. I would recommend Accesa Labs and have recommended Accesa Labs since this experience. The prompt return of test results was outstanding.

It was easy and simple, and I was in and out. However, I ordered a Hep B test and the Hepatitis C exam was ordered instead. They used the wrong code, so still waiting to hear back regarding if I need to go back or not. This is an inconvenience as I am not available during the day and had to make special arrangements to get these tests done.

To log in filling in my own birth date is difficult as only the current day calendar shows & going back years is difficult & time comsuming let me fill in my numbers

I was told that my test was positive, checking the lab result it was never mention if the condition is active or inactive as required to determine conclusively what the next step should be either treatment or further tests.

Your web site would not let me print our order form to take to the lab. My staff prefers to have forms in hands.

You need to provide better pretest info. The info indicated that fasting was not necessary, but it is for a b-12 test.
