I've used accesa several times now to order my own bloodwork for my holistic practitioner. It's wonderful to be able to get lan work done without having to go pay for an MD visit that you didn't want anyway. I will continue to use accesa as long as they exist.

Great service from the website. However... the customer service of the hospitals really make you feel nervous and uncomfortable.

It is great that I can check my own labs and follow up to make sure my medicine is working since my doctor doesn't seem to care to, I have not been feeling well and I am a registered nurse, I want to find out what is wrong with me.

Very quick reporting of results and I like that you use Quest Diagnostics - they are well known and have a lot of locations. Easy ordering too. I have submitted the Titer Test I ordered to the school, so I am waiting to see if they have any issues with it. If there are no issues, I would give you guys a 10.

The Titer tests I ordered were low priced and I was able to get the test done the same day I ordered it. The lab I was able to get the test done in processed the results extremely fast too.

Very easy to book the lab test. Faxing the test prescriptions to the lab seemed 5 days delay. Luckily they received one day before I went to lab.

I wish the pricing was a little more competitive for the area you are in, I'm a student that just got accepted into the nursing program so money is a big thing at the moment. In general, the process was pretty good (especially the check in at the Lynnwood Quest I received service at), but I initially went to the Santa Monica location, which was pretty chaotic. The staff in both places seemed stressed; friendly, but they seemed to be spread thin. Of course the rude customers do not help, but demand seemed very high in the mornings, so I hope you can improve upon that. The fact that an appointment is generally suggested as unnecessary seemed misleading when I arrived as a walk-in and was going to have at least an hour wait in Santa Monica. If there is a way to check online before arriving somewhere, that would be helpful too.

Website is easy to use and the definitions and examples of lab reports are very helpful. Turnaround time from having blood drawn to receiving the results is extremely quick. I will utilize your service again in the future.

It took too long to return test results. Why did the person ask for my email address - I thought they already had on file. It only made me think they could have mis filed it under a wrong address. They should stamp the lab request done, I had proof it was done. So in all the time it took to get my results, I had to wonder if it was lost somehow, I didn't have a receipt, etc. Should be a way you can go online and find out that it was in process, or when I could expect it. And why are you asking for my email again below?

I appreciate the service. However the website should notify what time's the labs are available to perform specific tests. For instance, I ordered a TB quantiferon lab for Friday that was unable to be done on a Friday. I waited an hour at Quest to discover they could not perform the test. I requested a refund. And it's two weeks later and I'm still waiting for my refund. I was able to place another order for a different location later and that went well. Except, I waited for a week and a half for the results and I only receive them once I requested them.
