Great service.

The results for my test came back sooner than I anticipated. Ordering the test I wanted was quick and easy. Appreciated receiving prompt doctors order to take to Quest through my email. I like the option to fax results to my doctor. I wish there was a partnership with others besides Quest - although I did not have to wait very long even without an appointment. Partnering with Walgreens walk-in clinics would have given me several options closer to home.

No suggestions for improvement.

The last time I used your service, the results were a little slower than usual, but overall I like your service.

The service I experienced was superb, the only thing was, I was offered an online appointment the same day at 11:45. I came to the laboratory at 9:00 because I was in the vicinity and was served immediately. But the parking in this place was $4 for 19 minutes! A little bit too much. I could have parked in the street if I knew it. The results of the tests are negative but my health troubles are very real and continue.

Be more personable. Customer service was sub par- didn't feel like I was going to a doctor's office that cared about me. It's somewhat uncomfortable to have blood drawn by someone that looks like she can't wait to leave.

Easy online booking for lab test appointment and online payment made the experience fairly quick and 'painless'. Actual lab experience was very quick and easy with an electronic checkin panel at the Lab. I did notice though that other people were intimated by the digital check in option and it made them uncomfortable. It was somewhat disappointing to not see an actual human being manning the front desk as this is the very first point of contact with the customer and the 'digital receptionist' feels very sterile and cold.

Some of the hours posted for many of the locations were wrong. It took me 5 days to finally get to a location that the hours matched so I could take test.

Saved me money. Alternative was to go to med express who then would send my blood to Quest. I called quest and the cost would have been much higher than directly through Acessa who uses Quest as well

Was very happy with the service that was provided. I had to do a Gold Test for TB, I was to a physician and he charged me $320 for the test which I could not afford being a student. . I started searching on google and found access labs. The test was done for $150 and the results were emailed to me with two days. The employees were so helpful and am very happy and will definitely tell all my class mates to check access labs.

Tech was great. Speed was even better. Probably there less than 5 minutes. I noticed on the results that fasting wasn't noted. She should have asked. I did fast!

I was unaware of your business until referred by the Lab. Not sure how, but your service needs to be advertised for better exposure.

Very easy and lightening fast results! I would suggest that you include location pictures of the outside of the lab buildings. The location I went to had very confusing signage and made it difficult to determine where the building was actually located. A picture of the building would have cleared up the majority of the confusion.

Everything was great and I would totally use it again. The only thing that was interesting was when I showed up at the Quest labs and I mentioned that I signed up through Acessa. The girl checking me in that all did my blood draw had no idea what I was talking about , she did not know what Acessa was

The Tec that assisted me was very in a hurry and impersonal. She didn't ask if I was fasting that morning, therefore the report stated fasting unknown. When I asked her about if I'd contacted about my results, she just said that my Dr would contact me. She could've said that the results would be emailed to me as well. Aside from that I was pleased to receive a call to inform me about a detail of my results. Overall I'm please with service provided.

I made an apt. and they were on time...Coreen was great..very professional..didn't feel the needle. the Results were bare bones..not as in depth as my past VAP PANEL explanations....LDL pattern listed as ABNORMAL...no explanation? For $189 I expected a more in depth report...so..my expectations were not exceeded..or met.

I would have given you a 10 but the particular med tech that drew my blood that day left much to be desired. She was a bit clumsy and over-inserted the needle into my vein leaving me with an enormous bruise. I've had a lot of blood drawn and I know when it's done right. Of course you have no control over that... The experience with Accesalab, I would give a "10". It's the personnel at Quest that brought the numbers down. However, I am very likely to return; praying for a different med tech of course. Thanks...Greg Staples

The order that was emailed to me had the Accesa address instead of the address of the lab that I needed to go to for the test. So, I went to the Accesa location, then they gave me the address of Quest Lab. It should have the address of the location of the test.

Absolutely so thrilled to know this online lab ordering service is available. My doctor's office staff refused to ask my doctor to order a cholesterol test saying I had to come in for an office visit. I wanted the lab work done first so that I could discuss it with her when I go in. I found you by calling my local Quest Diagnostics to see if I could just walk in and have a cholesterol test done...they referred me online. I had never heard of this service until I needed a HepB titer at the last minute; on a Friday. I couldn't get into my Dr. until the following Tuesday and I needed my results by Wednesday. This service is amazing. There was a location within 15 minutes of my house with great hours (I didn't have to leave work early) and the results were processed over the weekend so I met the deadline with time to spare. I wish I remembered the name of the young lady who drew my blood. She was very pleasant and we held an easy conversation while she took the sample like a pro! I couldn't be happier!
