I have been pleased with the process you provide. However one of the tests needed to be done before 10 am, and I had to return for that test. It is the ACTH, Plasma. I did go back and they drew that one but I haven't received any results from that. That was done on 11-20-17.

Great job overall. I was able to search for all available tests and see prices, place my order, find the nearest Lab location and schedule my blood draw in just a few minutes. This is as easy as it gets. Highly recommend! All routine lab results were available online the next day, and the TB test took 3 days to get the results back. I needed documentation for Health Care Employee Immunizations, that I could not find the documents. Was able to simply do a blood draw for titres to check my immunity status.

I went in with two lab orders. Everything went great, the person who drew the blood did a great job. Got results in two days for one of the orders, but still waiting for results on the other order.

I had trouble with accessing the file with my lab order information after I view it once because it would not upload completely again on the computer for me to see it. But I was able to fax my lab order to the site through the website.

At Quest Diagnostic, Anthem Village, Henderson the employee was very helpful but he was alone to process and to care for clients. It should have at least 2 employees Thank you

I didn't realize that DirectLabs was no longer until ordering my labs and being asked to create an account.

From the time I entered the office until I departed, I would guess about 4 minutes elapsed. I had my results in 24 hours (on a Saturday). Do yourselves a favor and don't change a thing.

Quest labs was really busy you may suggest setting an appointment not walking in. I waited over an hour to have blood drawn.

It would be great to have a sign in sheet for your name to be called. I was there waiting to find someone to assist me and I was told to just have a seat by the hospital staff that I would be called when it was time. I never got called, so when I finally saw a lab worker come out, I rushed over to see when I could be seen and she said she did not have my name. She apologized and got me in right away.

You did everything fine. But it seems that Direct Labs is a little cheaper.

My wife and I want to stop birth control, plus we do not want to have a baby. While we were pleased to know that she had low AMH Levels. 0.03, the test did not reveal if she could get pregnant or not. She is 56 years old, and has gone 2 years without her period. Who can we contact to make sure if it is safe to stop using birth control? She has always used the diaphram.

Process was simple and quick. But...I was not able to print my lab order to take with me to the lab. LIve chat said all I needed was my confirmation number. Further, I was told the lab would have me information sent to them. However...the lab which I had chosen did not have my information. I provided my confirmation number and we got it all sorted out. So there could be some improvement there. Obtaining my results went smoothly.

Very convenient and easy process! Less effort than when using medical insurance, and the cost to me is known up front.

I was happy to get my result back from Accesa in 2 days, even with the weekend coming up the day after my draw. I have health insurance, and yet I still like having testing done this way because it saves me 2 trips to a family practice doctor, once for the initial draw, and a second time for the results consult. It's also nice to prepay for the test so I can just hand the req. to the lab for drawing and wait in the waiting area to be called in. It's a speedy process which I appreciate.

I waited for approximately 3 minutes and then went back to give my blood. The nurse that took my blood was an absolute doll. She was amazing and we talked for a few minutes afterwards. I would definitely go back to do more work there. I can't say enough about the woman who took my blood sample. I absolutely loved her professionalism and didn't even feel her prick me with the needle. I do not fear needles, and usually watch my blood being drawn, but was involved in conversation with her. Give that woman a raise and a high five! I can't remember her name but she's AMAZING!
