All was good. Only slight issue was I had a "comprehensive metabolic panel" that required me to fast for 10-12 hrs...which I did. Tech didn't ask if I fasted (and I didn't think to volunteer that I had), and in fact, the pdf report I received said I had not. I am left to trust my results were not skewed because it was assumed I hadn't fasted.

Very easy to use and easy to follow instructions.

Phone customer service was excellent as was the speed of the test results. The test site was under-staffed - there was nobody in the front and wait time quite slow, operating first come first serve. Even though we had an appointment, we waited more than 30 minutes.

The service was amazingly fast. I walked in and they called me back as soon as I sat down. The phlebotomist was very friendly and was efficient. I am a hard stick for most people and she got it on the first try. Would definitely use this service again.

Advertise in the local newspapers, Montrose, Delta and Grand Junction Colorado and let people know how easy is it to get your lab work done with Accessa and Quest Diagnostics!!!! Quest is the only lab available so let them know to use Quest.

Experience was mostly great; only problem was my Quest Diagnostics location was only listed as an address in a strip mall with many stores. Apple Maps couldn’t find the Quest location, though it could point me to the strip mall when I typed in the numerical address. Turns out that Quest location (13434 Colton Pl, Oregon City OR 97045) is inside Safeway. Took me awhile to figure that out— would be helpful if you included the note “Inside Safeway” when giving the address for that location. Thanks!

I think you could improve by adding the Anti-NMDA receptor autoantibodies test to your list.

The checkout was easy and the results came back super fast. Enjoyed having the emails update me on the whole process. The only thing is when I went to the lab they said I didn't need to fast with the labs I had taken and had I ate something before going wouldn't have been so sick during the blood draw. The website had said to fast 8-10 hrs. which I did follow but it wasn't needed. Overall very happy.

You are differentiating yourself from the competition by offering both drug screen testing AND titre measurements, both of which are usually part of pre-employment requirements in health care industries. You should push this concept that you are a one-stop consolidator for all pre-op tests required. You should perhaps also consider aligning yourself with locations that can also give immunizations, such as pharmacy chains that also offer vaccinations. That way, you can provide everything needed for the pre-employment physical, immigration physicals, etc. Immigration physicals are normally done by doctors who perform the exam and collect the blood tests but charge patients at ala carte pricing for all titre blood tests. It is very expensive compared to your pricing which consolidates titre panels. Perhaps you should advertise to the immigrant community that is preparing for their immigration physicals. Consider also the addition of TB testing, required for all school teachers. Perhaps through an association with travelers health clinics or community health centers which all offer TB skin testing.

The visit to the lab was extremely quick and easy. I was done within less than 10 minutes. The results were timely as well. I'd definitely use your services again if I had the need in the future.

Service is fine as is. Only way to improve would be to lower price. When I showed my DR the blood tests, he said their internal lab could do the 3 tests I paid $150 (Lipid, blood count and compr metabolic) for $75.

The whole process was quick and easy. The only thing I couldn't do was print out my lab order...it kept saying "unavailable" so I had to have it faxed to the lab. Once I got there things were there and I got right in.

It was a Saturday morning and place was crowded but the people at the front window did a great job of getting folks signed in and on to the blood draw. The woman who drew my blood, I think her name was Natasha, was very good. She was pleasant and positive but knew what she was doing. The results came in an email by Tuesday - so that is good too! Website is easy to use, but could use some explanatory details for specifics on the tests being ordered (length of time, special requirements, etc). The results could also be clearer if they are being released piece-meal. I received the results from my first test, but not my second; but the results did not make it clear that the second was still pending so I initially thought the test was missing/lost.

Had a simple inexpensive test and had the results back the next day.

I ordered my lab Monday, had it done within an hour of receiving my lab orders, and my results were emailed to me by Wednesday morning. So much of an easier and faster process than having your regular doctor order the labs.

I don't have anything at this point. I used this service for an A1C, It was quick, easy and Quest was a great lab. LabCorp wanted $1,365 for the same tests that Accesa quoted ~$126. I was skeptical, because how could it be 10x less and still be the same tests? I used the chat feature and got assurance in writing from the customer service person. She even sent me a coupon code! I am an Accesa customer for life now!

The phlebotomists i saw were both excellent and I barely felt anything. This service was easy, efficient, well priced and I would highly recommend.

Website was slow to respond. Uncertain if the faxes that I requested were sent. An email receipt of the send would be good.
