Super fast results, QUEST EMPLOYEES were wonderful BUT the address of Quest is not complete and without the phone. Please fix it . It’s inside a mall , no word of that! And your customer service employees need improvement. I called your 1-866 phone needing directions to the QUEST of my appointment and their answer was: “google it. We’re just a website and don’t know the locations of the labs” . I was expecting for them to give me at least the phone number that was missing from the website after I told them which exact location I needed. No clue employees. Quest great, your side: needs improvement

It is a very easy process and enables patients to monitor their own tests at closer intervals than most medical centers allow.

Only complaint is that on the receipt email, it stated in bold lettering that no appointment was required. Then when I showed up to the location on 1275 W WASHINGTON ST, STE 109 TEMPE, AZ 8528 before work, they informed me that an appointment was required and they couldn't make one until the next day. I then needed to drive 15 min to the next nearest location to try an get my blood drawn before work.

I am still not used to electronic sign-ins. So, that took me a minute to figure out. The person who drew the blood sample did a good job. Yes, I would recommend this service. The only question I have is about the results. Apparently, the PSA result is only 6.7. The previous PSA was over 8 and we are still in the process of choosing treatment. Is it possibility there was a problem with this sample?

Your service is superb! I was going around & around with my doctor trying get titers scheduled. When I finally got them, the tests came back "damage" or "inclusive " (something to that effect). That's when I found Accesa online. Ordered titers on a Thursday evening around 5-5:30, went to lab at 7a next morning, and by Monday afternoon, I had my titer results, which I desperately needed for nursing school. I am very pleased with this service.

This was the easiest, I choose my tests, went to the Beverly Hills office first thing in the morning, easy and convenient location, and amazingly clean! the young woman who helped me that day was friendly, and very kind! And I got the results in a couple of days. I had called my General Doctor to get these two tests at his office, and they quoted me $765.00 and that did not include the charge for the Nurse to draw my blood! I paid under $200.00 for Accesa Labs to do my tests. :)

I didn’t know what kind of diabetic test I need and after purchasing it for a $163 my care provider said I didn’t order the right testing as she need to also see Liver panels and Kidney function, needed also CBC w/diff CMP 8 Fasting with Lipid panel. So I guess I need to find a test that also includes all that as well and I didn’t see that testing.

Accesa Labs enables me to more closely monitor my lab tests than my medical plan would allow. I then know whether to continue on the same regimen or to alter things for better results. When my lab tests show I'm doing well it encourages me to keep up with my medical and dietary program.

Ordered a Lyme test, and got the results quickly. I was trying to add Western Blot and other tick-borne tests but couldn’t find them on the website. I was disappointed about that because I was able to get these tests for my husband last year.

Super easy on all fronts.

I've had well over 50 phlebotomists work with me over my lifetime. The one at your lab was one of the best that I've dealt with. My veins roll and I often have to get pricked 5+ times every time I need to give blood. My arms are usually covered with bruises by the end of the day. Not this time. One easy prick and zero blown veins. Can't even tell I had a needle in there. Definitely keep her. Her talant is rare. I just discovered your lab. I was looking at some of the other options that you provide and got excited. Although on a different site, it said that the lab was closing. The nearest other lab is 2 hours away. I'm not likely to travel 2 hours just to sate my curiosity of some of my nutrient levels. I hope you keep this site open. I'd love to keep going here.

I needed a specific titer blood test to apply for a program at my school. I called around doctor clinics around my area who quoted $300 and up for the blood test plus doctors visit. Then I stumbled upon Accesca Lab on the internet. The prices were too good to be true. I purchased what I needed on a Sunday and received my lab order the same day. Then I went to quest lab Monday morning and received my results by Tuesday. I am so pleased and greatful for this company. The only problem I had was not with the company but later I found out my school does the same test on campus for half the price I paid.

This is not your fault. But I had to make two round trips to Quest Diagnostics which is 20 miles from my house, because I found out that they only do the Quantifeton Gold Test from 200pm until closing, and I arrived in the morning. I was not very happy because I chose this test over the two step skin test to cut down on travel time. I did not want to travel back and forth for the skin test and then again for the interpretation two times.

Very well prepared personnel professional and friendly, but the time frame for walk in patient could be pretty much better; if you left some percentage of appointment time available for that propuse, so appointment's patients could have 70-75% of the total time and the rest of the time could reserved for walk in patients I hope this idea could help to improve your service which is already excellent

I ordered the women over 60 panel and it took 7 days for my results. It still says 3-4 days and it is nerve wracking waiting those extra days. Please update your website to say that vitamin and hormone assays may take upntom1 week. When I finally called, your person was extremely helpful, got in touch with Quest and I had my results within a couple of hours. So not sure if it really took that long or if Quest dropped the ball.
