I enjoyed getting lab testing by Accesa labs recently. The results came back quickly which was helpful and comforting to see. The blood tests told me where I am at, as far a Glucose and A1C, kidney function tests, liver enzymes, lipids, cbc etc. I can now adjust my diet a little better to bring my Cholesterol and LDL down. You don't necessarily want to see your lab results as you get older, but not knowing can put you in a bigger bind later on. Glad to have been able to get lab testing done through Accesa Labs.

This was a wonderful and easy experience. I wanted to rule out a condition (that I thought I didn't have), but would have had to wait two months to see a specialist for a simple lab test. I ordered online on Monday, was able to get the blood draw the same day, and had my results on Wednesday. It cost less than all the extra co-pays would have, the result was negative, and now I can move on. Thank you for making this so easy!

IT was SO easy to get my blood drawn and receive the results. I walked into the office, went right in for the blood draw and in 1 day received my results!! It was great. I will definitely do this again!

It was so easy and reasonably priced. I liked the reminders to schedule my labs. It made me feel like they cared that my lab work was completed since I ordered it and not let the labs expire and I would be out of money. Will def use them again.

We "walked in" after speaking with a representative over the phone about being able to register online, but pay for a blood test at said location. Unfortunately, that was not the case and we were informed that we had to pay online and make an appointment (even though we had no insurance and was paying out of pocket for the tests) to even be able to "walk in" and have this done. The most confusing part about all of this is that when you typically walk in off the street you do not have an appointment nor register online. After all that was settled we had to come back the next day for the blood test. Lady did a stellar job drawing my blood (only had to stab me 1 time and she did not fish for my vein) Other than that, no complaints.

In trying to create a new individual account for my 20YO daughter, we found the process confusing. I'd rather create the account, then place the order.

After my results were processed I could not find a receipt. I don't know why it isn't just emailed instead of linking to the portal.

Quick, results came back very fast. Wish they had an app to track results. Can't seem to make an online account. Seems that you can, but when you click on create account it asks you for and email and when you OK OK, it just takes you back to the start.

I am very pleased with Accesa Labs. However, I experienced some difficulties trying to order the tests online due to the Quest Diagnostics chat program taking over my computer screen. Later I had problems trying to make an appointment because the Quest Diagnostic program seemed to freeze and wouldn't allow me to finalize the appointment process.

I would love to see more labs opening on the weekend. This lab always have a very long line starting early morning and people have to wait for very long time on Sat (weekend). We leave the line when we came 7:00 AM since it is so long.

I was having trouble determining what tests to order based on the request of my doctor. I called your number and the girl who answered the phone literally logged in and helped me navigate how to upload my doctors orders so that someone in the customer service area could assist me. What an awesome touch in a world of "just go to our website and figure out" responses. Also the fact that someone actually answered the phone without 9 layers of voice prompts was a blessing and much appreciated!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I believe her name was Beth, but the girl who helped me convert my doctors orders to actual lab test selections via email was wonderful to deal with. The process was prompt (almost real time) and I could hear the smile on her face through the emails. Also Valerie, who drew my blood at Quest labs in Colrain was great. She has 28 years with Quest and was a joy. Not to mention I barely felt anything. Overall I thought the process was very user friendly, the staff was great, and the value high. My only point of criticism would be the appearance of the Quest Lab. While it was not overly concerning, it also did not provide the feeling that a doctors office would. Not as clean or organized or professional. I would rate it behind even like a Hoxworth Blood Bank mobile unit. Having said that, I would still give that particular lab a 7 or 8 out of 10 on this point.

Smooth and easy

I ordered an ova and parasites stool exam. I spent twenty or so minutes researching how to bring in the stool sample, no info. Called Quest and got a recording for all the information that I didn't need. Brought the sample into Quest lab, was told they couldn't take it since it wasn't in their bottle. Transferred the contents from my container to a Quest container with a spoon the size of a peanut. It was awful. I also wonder if my contents were truly examined, as I saw eggs and larvae in the stool with a naked eye yet the test came out normal.

I used the location in the Medical Arts building at approximately 3:30pm. First of all, the person who drew my blood had the best technique I have ever seen. The results were given to me faster than I had expected; the instructional videos are a nice touch for those who are not trained in the medical profession and may need help interpreting their results. Service is as-advertised. Received lab report by email in 15 hours; reasonable cost.

The Check-in Electronic Tablet seems to be an issue. Most people using it seem totally confused on how to use the device. Most people using it a Vietnamese and are not familiar with changing the language settings to their language. As a result they will hit a key and are not sure how to navigate through the questions and will remain locked in a page as they can not figure out the insturctions clearly. I suggest the desk clerk become involved on assisting on how to use it. Maybe a volunteer can help.

Accesa Labs is a very convenient service which saves time waiting for a doctor's appointment. You can get the labs drawn quickly, while the symptoms are still there. My results came back very quickly which I appreciated since I wasn't feeling well. I am feeling better now. I'm sure most people wouldn't know what to order. You might have a category called 'baseline tests'. (such as cmp and cbc). Even if a patient has to end up seeing their local doctor, they can bring those labs results with them to give the doctor some quick helpful information. Accesa is a great service...glad to get lab testing through them!
